Florida Cop Fired After Video Shows him Unload AR-15 on Fleeing Man that He Couldn’t Even See

The Orlando police department fired one of their own on Friday after an internal investigation concluded that an officer violated two department regulations when he opened fire on a fleeing man.

Officer David Johnston opened fire and squeezed off 23 rounds at a man inside a parking garage. The suspect was on the other side of iron gates, posed no threat whatsoever to Johnston, and was 90 feet away.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So tell us again why citizens should not be allowed to have body armor to protect us from these uniformed cowboys with their military-style weapons. How many more innocent bystanders have to die before the public is allowed protection from maniacs with badges and machine guns?

BEX ALERT - Alan Dershowitz: Charges Against Baltimore Police Officers Are About ‘Crowd Control,’ Not Justice

Alan Dershowitz, a well-known criminal lawyer from New York and professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, suggested that State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby’s actions against the officers were motivated more by political expediency and short-term public safety than strong evidence.

He called the charges “outrageous and irresponsible,” especially the second degree murder count filed against the van’s driver under a legal principle known as “depraved heart.”

Researchers find a huge number of Android apps connect to hundreds of user tracking and ad sites without users' knowledge

There are essentially two starkly different environments in which to download apps. The first is Apple’s app store, which carefully vets apps before allowing only those deemed fit to appear. The second is the Google Play store, which is more open because Google exercises a lighter touch in vetting apps, only excluding those that are obviously malicious.

The ZBT Media Blackout - Jewish Fraternity Members Spits on Military Veterans - Blackout Ensues

When one thinks of fraternities, the usual associations are all wrong from the viewpoint of the left. This is presumably why the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity at the University of Virginia was targeted by Sabrina Rubin Erdely. After all, she described UVA students as “throngs of toned, tanned, and overwhelmingly blond students” — doubtless incipient Nazis in Erdely’s overactive ethnic imagination.

So it’s quite odd to find a fraternity that does things like spitting on wounded U.S. military veterans and throwing beer bottles at them. Or tearing American flags off cars of military veterans and urinating on them.

Is a Kincardine (Ontario, Canada) deep geological repository the solution for nuclear waste?

In January the city of Chicago joined the list of communities now 152 strong that stand in opposition to Ontario Power Generation’s plan to bury and immobilize its waste inventory on land adjacent to the Bruce Nuclear Generating Stations, little more than a kilometre from the lip of the Great Lakes. “The resolution used some colourful terms like cataclysmic,” says Keto, OPG’s vice-president of nuclear decommissioning. “I was surprised to see that. I thought it was reserved for other things of maybe a little more significance, like asteroids and things like that.”

The misgivings from oppositional communities can be captured in Chicago’s declaration: “A leak of radioactive waste would almost certainly have a cataclysmic effect on the delicate ecological balance of the world’s largest group of freshwater bodies.” Keto calls the resolution uninformed. “It’s really one-sided and not unlike all the resolutions that we’ve seen that are emotion-based and not fact-based, and that’s unfortunate.”

America’s Control Over the World Is Rapidly Eroding

The U.S. government has angered many countries because of their long history of highly aggressive military actions, but there seems to be no plan of stopping. It would be smart to listen to the other countries and simmer down in the military department before it is too late. It’s no secret that the U.S. is most certainly not the most loved country in the world because of its government’s long history of highly aggressive military actions, as well as its interference in the internal affairs of countless nations. But what we are seeing today is that an increasing number of nations are turning against the U.S. and taking various actions to rid themselves of its presence and influence.

The Central Role of Israel in the U.S. State Religion

The national secular religion of this country consists of a cluster of rarely questioned premises, usually inculcated in childhood, comparable to the articles of a real religious creed.

The first proposition is the idea that we live in a “free” country, as symbolized by the Statue of Liberty idol that towers over New York City’s harbor. The system absolutely insists on this point, incessantly hammering it in. It’s its basic tenet. Indeed it’s presented as “self-evident.” You’re in this country, ergo, you are FREE.

Religious Fanaticism is a Huge Factor in Americans’ Support for Israel

Almost half of all Americans want to support Israel even if its interests diverge from the interests of their own country. Only a minority of Americans (47 percent) say that their country should pursue their own interests over supporting Israel’s when the two choices collide. It’s the ultimate violation of George Washington’s 1796 Farewell Address warning that “nothing is more essential than that permanent, inveterate antipathies against particular nations, and passionate attachments for others, should be excluded. … The nation which indulges towards another a habitual hatred or a habitual fondness is in some degree a slave.”

Government Confirms Increased Earthquake Activity Related To Fracking

The US Geological Survey recently released findings that show, as many people have suspected, that the process known as fracking is directly related to the incredible increase of earthquake incidence in the United States. According to the study, the amount of earthquakes has increased dramatically over the past few years; between 1973 and 2008 there was an average of 21 earthquakes of a magnitude 3 and larger on the Richter scale in the Central and Eastern United States. This increased to an alarming rate of 99M3+ earthquakes per year between 2009 and 2013, and this rate is continuing to rise.

Australia First to Introduce a Compulsory Tax on Money Itself

The reason I moved the Solution Conference forward was due to the fact that all my sources behind the curtain were screaming from the four corners of the world that the new age of Economic Totalitarianism is upon us all. Australia will be the first to introduce a compulsory tax on savings. This is the ultimate Marxist state for now anyone with spare cash is the enemy of the Conservative Tony Abbott government. What I laid out at the Solution Conference is the ONLY way out of this nightmare. It is time for people to start spreading the word and get behind changing the game plan while we still have a game in play. We have to stop this confiscation of all wealth and the continual borrowing and taxation. This will lead to the total destruction of Western culture for we are plagued by power hungry insane politicians who cannot see past their nose.

OBAMA BLOCKS IRAQI NUN FROM DESCRIBING CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION

A leading conservative is asking why the Obama State Department is barring a persecuted Iraqi nun from entry into the United States to share her message about the brutal treatment of Christians in her country.

Nina Shea of the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom, writes in a National Review op-ed that Sister Diana Momeka is “an internationally respected and leading representative of the Nineveh Christians who have been killed and deported by ISIS.”

Yet this nun is being “barred from coming to Washington to testify about this catastrophe?”

Sister Diana was the only Christian in the delegation and the only member blocked from the trip, the Washington Times reported, leading some of her American supporters to question why she was singled out.

Shea, in her op-ed titled “With Malice Toward Nun,” exposed the real reason why Obama denied the visa for Sister Diana.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The persecution of Christians and other minority religions in the Middle East now is an established fact. That Obama wants it ignored is not going to make it go away spontaneously.

The GOP Is Trying to Give the 25 Richest Americans a $334 Billion Tax Break

In mid April, the Republican-controlled House voted to repeal the estate tax, which, despite the GOP's "death tax" messaging, affects only the superrich: Of the nearly 2.6 million Americans who died in 2013, just 4,687 had estates flush enough to trigger the tax. That's because the bar to qualify for the estate tax is quite generous: The first $5.43 million of an individual's wealth is exempt from the tax, and that amount goes up to $10.86 million for married couples. After that point, the tax rate is 40 percent.

Sheriff David Clarke - Police will not be used as Human Sacrifices to Satisfy a Mob

Sheriff David Clarke tells Steve Malzberg that Police will not be used as Human Sacrifices to Satisfy a Mob, in reference to the six Baltimore police officers who were criminally charged today by State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby in the death of Freddie Gray, adding This isn't Justice, It's Revenge.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Sheriff Clarke seems to forget (or he wants us to forget) that the knife found in Freddie Grey's pocket is legal to carry under Maryland law, that Freddie should not have been arrested in the first place, let alone killed while in police custody!

Airbus to sue NSA, German spies accused of swiping tech secrets

European aerospace giant Airbus is promising legal action over claims its top blueprints were stolen by German spies and given to America's intelligence agencies.

"We are aware that as a large company in the sector, we are a target and subject of espionage," the company said in a statement to the AFP newswire.

"However, in this case we are alarmed because there is concrete suspicion of industrial espionage. We will now file a criminal complaint against persons unknown on suspicion of industrial espionage."

The threat comes after days of speculation in the German press over reports that the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) – the German foreign intelligence agency – has been spying on German and European companies for the Americans since at least 2008.

Sayed Ali Khamenei about police brutality against Blacks in the USA

Webmaster's Commentary:

Khamenei's comments are accurate and indeed not too far removed from the ones I have been making about the police brutality issue and its corrosive effect on society. For the public to trust the system, punishment must be seen to be inflicted on the guilty and only on the guilty. When the public sees punishment inflicted at random in the innocent while politically connected guilty go free, the public soon understands that the police are not about justice or law enforcement but merely a tool of oppression by the haves against the have-nots.

Israel's whores in the US Congress are seizing on this video as an excuse to simply cancel the P5+1 talks and open the door to war with Iran.

6 Baltimore Cops Released on Bail

6 Baltimore Cops Released on Bail Set Lower Than $500,000 for Jailed Protester

Six police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray were released from Baltimore’s Central Booking and Intake Center Friday night after posting bail, court records show, according to the Baltimore Sun.

The four officers facing felony charges posted $350,000 bails; the two facing misdemeanors posted $250,000 bails, the Sun writes.

The news comes after Allen Bullock, 18, who was captured in photos smashing police car windows with a traffic cone, surrendered to police earlier this week at the urging of his parents. And as of two days ago, he was being held on $500,000 bail, an amount his parents could not afford.
