POLICE IN CANADA ARE TRACKING PEOPLE’S ‘NEGATIVE’ BEHAVIOR IN A ‘RISK' DATABASE

Police, social services, and health workers in Canada are using shared databases to track the behaviour of vulnerable people—including minors and people experiencing homelessness—with little oversight and often without consent.

Documents obtained by Motherboard from Ontario’s Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS) through an access to information request show that at least two provinces—Ontario and Saskatchewan—maintain a “Risk-driven Tracking Database” that is used to amass highly sensitive information about people’s lives. Information in the database includes whether a person uses drugs, has been the victim of an assault, or lives in a “negative neighborhood.”

The Risk-driven Tracking Database (RTD) is part of a collaborative approach to policing called the Hub model that partners cops, school staff, social workers, health care workers, and the provincial government.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This makes me very worried about Canadians who may be "targeted" by people with an axe to grind, turning in their neighbors just out of spite or contempt.

I wonder who has the job of "looking after" Christian pacifist activists, who are completely against war as an immoral way of resolving international situations, and look to document the truth as they see it.

US ARMY TAKES 50 TONS OF GOLD FROM SYRIA IN ALLEGED DEAL WITH ISIS

As the remaining pockets of ISIS fighters faced imminent defeat in northeast Syria, the United States allegedly gave them an offer they couldn’t refuse: give us your massive caches of gold — or die.

According to reports by Syrian state news agency SANA, U.S. forces struck a deal with ISIS whereby the terrorist group would give up 50 tons of gold across eastern Syria’s Deir el-Zour province in exchange for safe passage.

The precious metal, worth about $2.13 billion, was plundered by the self-designated “caliphate” as its reign of terror spread across Syria and Iraq between 2015 and 2017.

Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah reports that local sources claim U.S. Army helicopters have already transferred the gold from the U.S. forces’ base in Kobani, the Kurdish-controlled city that lies close to Syria’s northern border with Syria. A portion of the gold was also distributed to the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), which dominates the U.S.-allied Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

Webmaster's Commentary:

One has to wonder to what ends the remaining gold will be accountable to the people of the US.

Universal Background Check Bill Passes with Bipartisan Support

H.R.8, known as the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019, passed the US House of Representatives. The bill passed the chamber of Congress by a vote of 240 to 190. News media outlets like CNN claim that the bill passed with bipartisan support. Looking at the breakdown of the vote, the proposed law did not enjoy as much bipartisan support as CNN claimed. The bill will now move to the Senate where it most likely will be dead on arrival. The Republicans hold the majority in the Senate, and it would take a super majority of 60 to advance the bill to President Trump's desk.

Millions Of Americans Are Getting Angrier: Tax Refund Shortfall Hits $46 Billion

As UBS calculates, the realized net payments to households are now running below the bank's forecast, with the cumulative shortfall rising to a whopping $45.5bln, an amount which could have significant adverse implications on Americans' spending habits if most taxpayers had expected their 2019 refund to be similar to 2018.

If “gun-free zones” actually worked, then 98% of mass shootings wouldn’t happen in them

Since 1950, in fact, a whopping 97.8 percent of mass public shootings, or 98 percent rounded up, took place in areas where signs had been posted indicating that guns were not allowed there. Whether spelled out or designated with a giant red strikethrough symbol over a handgun, the messaging was clear in almost every instance: guns are prohibited in this area, so you’re not allowed to shoot anyone here.

Say Goodby To Your Guns, As Gun Laws Continue to Pile On

Currently, in NYC, it is all but impossible for a citizen to legally own any kind of gun, and gun ordinances (administered by a bloated and corrupt bureaucracy) are so voluminous and poorly-written that for even legal gun-owners to avoid violations is impossible. Of course, that’s the way Democrats want it.

The Right May Finally Get Its War on Iran

At the top of Pompeo’s list are demands that Iran end its support for Hezbollah, including its supply of ballistic missiles to the Lebanese Shiite organization, and the “halt [to] further launching or development of nuclear-capable missile systems.”

Those demands reflect an extraordinary agreement in December 2017, reported in the Israeli press, between the Trump administration and the Netanyahu government on a joint strategic work plan that included precisely those points on Pompeo’s list—countering Iranian ballistic missile development, as well as the supply of more accurate missiles to Hezbollah through Syria.

Webmaster's Commentary:

More wars would be absolutely the most lousy way to create peace in the region; but apparently, the Trump Administration, collectively, doesn't have the smarts to figure that out, and has been so totally overwhelmed by Netanyahu's gusty rhetoric on Iran, that they cannot even imagine a moderate try at getting Iran and Israel to the negotiating table, at least on some issues of concern to both countries.

And with the bribery charges finally being brought against him, Netanyahu may well want to start such a war very quickly, so he can declare a "national emergency", postponing the April elections to another time down the road.

Just as a wounded animal is most dangerous when it has been wounded, so is a politically wounded leader at their most destructive when that has happened; perhaps, Netanyahu never really imagined it was coming, but his having to deal the fallout of today's charges may accelerate the cries for war against Iran.

He desperately needs some kind of misdirection away from himself, and toward the alleged" bad guys"; unfortunately, after the blow up of the Trump/Kim Jung Summit in Hanoi, President Trump, and particularly those around him, may well feel that they need the same kind of situation happening for Trump, to refocus the national attention elsewhere.

We may well see a series of situations ratcheting up around the Middle East, with some phony false flags to be blamed on the "usual suspects" (Iran, Syria), and off the world goes to war.

Israel will continue to act against Iran in Syria, Netanyahu tells Putin in Moscow

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel told Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Wednesday that Israel will continue to act against Iran’s attempts to entrench militarily in Syria.

Netanyahu shortened his trip and planned to return Wednesday night, the day of his meeting with Putin, reportedly so he could be in Israel on Thursday, when Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit may issue decisions on several criminal investigations against the prime minister.

The prime minister had postponed his meeting with Putin from last week because of “domestic political affairs,” the Kremlin announced at the time.

Prior to the start of their meeting, Netanyahu told Putin that Israel is “determined to continue our vigorous action against the attempts by Iran, which calls for our destruction,” according to the Israeli leader’s office

Webmaster's Commentary:

Translation: Israel will continue to attempt to provoke a response leading to a real Iranian push-back against Israel in Syria, and now that the bribery charges aren't even cold, Netanyahu has given a stunningly apocalyptic, hubristic vision of how he sees the future of countries in the Middle East with which Israel doesn't get along very well.

It's going to be straight-out, never-ending war; of course, he expects that the costs in blood and money to be paid by (who else?!?) the American government, and ultimately the American people.

Were I a Jewish voter in Israel, I would be afraid of where he thinks he wants to lead this country, post-elections; very afraid, in fact.

US JUDGE LETS ABU GHRAIB TORTURE CLAIMS TO GO TO TRIAL AFTER 10-YEAR DELAY

After 10 years of delay, a federal judge has ruled that three former inmates who say they were tortured at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison can go forward with their lawsuit against a military contractor.

Arlington-based CACI Premier Technology asked the judge Wednesday to dismiss the lawsuit. The company, which supplied the Army with civilian interrogators, argued that the government's refusal to declassify key facts is making it impossible to defend itself.

U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema acknowledged CACI's frustration but said the lawsuit can move forward even though the government says certain facts like the identities of the interrogators are state secrets that can't be declassified.

The case is now slated to go to trial in April. While other pretrial matters remain unresolved, Brinkema told both sides that "you should expect if you don't settle this case, it'll go to trial."

Webmaster's Commentary:

When the US tortures, or outsources torture, it does several things.

First, it makes this country look like a bunch of sniveling hypocrites, in terms of honoring human rights in the breach, rather than the observance of those rights.

Secondly, it demonstrates that with all our alleged "reverence" for the Rules of Law, torture, to get someone to say something as a "confession under duress of torture", is believed to be perfectly acceptible.

Third, it gives the leadership of any country which doesn't particularly like the Unhinged, Surveilled State of America, carte blanche to do the same thing to American civilians and military personnel. Please do think about that one for awhile.

Back in World War II, there was a German intelligence officer by the name of Hanns Scharff; The German Intelligence Officer who treated US and Brit POWs with Kindness

This man was so respected that after the war, he was invited by the American military to teach his methods to American Intelligence Officers.

It is a damned shame that the US didn't have someone with Sharff's methods, or temperament, overseeing Abu Ghraib, and bravo to Judge Brinkema's stance on this.

It never bloody should have happened in the first place.

AIRSTRIKES, TANKS HEADING TO THE BORDER AND PLANES SHOT DOWN – INDIA AND PAKISTAN ARE IN A STATE OF WAR

War has erupted in Asia. India is the second largest country in the world by population, and Pakistan is the fifth largest, and they both possess large nuclear arsenals. If this conflict continues to escalate, things could get really, really bad very quickly. On Wednesday, military aircraft were shot down by both sides, there was shelling across the border by both armies, and in recent hours videos have been posted of Pakistani tanks and Indian tanks both heading to the border. Once one army crosses the “Line of Control”, it is going to be very difficult to get the two sides to sit down at the negotiating table. War is one of the elements of “the perfect storm” that I have been warning you about, and I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of the conflict that we are going to see in 2019.

The Pakistani military was greatly embarrassed by the successful Indian airstrikes on Monday, and on Tuesday military aircraft from both sides were shot down…

Webmaster's Commentary:

Pakistani Prime Minister Khan has said, publicly, that this pilot will be returned tomorrow, as a "good faith" gesture to India; I do not know if it will be enough, soon enough, to call off the "dogs of war" on either side.

LIMITING YOUR DIGITAL FOOTPRINTS IN A SURVEILLANCE STATE

In China, evading the watchful eyes of the government sometimes feels like an exercise in futility. The place is wired with about 200 million surveillance cameras, Beijing controls the telecom companies, and every internet company has to hand over data when the police want it. They also know where journalists live because we register our address with police. In Shanghai, the police regularly come to my apartment; once they demanded to come inside.

That said, China is big, and the government less than competent. Sometimes the police who come to my door have no idea I’m a journalist. Usually the higher-ups who deal with my visa don’t know about the house visits. The lack of coordination means one of the best things to do is to try to slip through the cracks. Basically, protect yourself but also leave an innocent trace.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF you think this kind of surveillance won't be coming to the US soon, you had better revisit that conclusion, and fast!!!!

OWNERS OF COMPANY THAT BOUGHT ABORTED BABY PARTS FROM PLANNED PARENTHOOD ARE ARRESTED

The arrest of Roberto and William Isaias was gratifying to Operation Rescue, which published an investigative research report on October 27, 2016 – just days before the Presidential Election that put Donald J. Trump in office – that detailed their crimes in Ecuador, dubious dealings with the Obama administration, their business with Planned Parenthood and the aborted baby body parts trade.

“We understood that this family was in the U.S. under suspicious circumstances, and that they had committed crimes in Ecuador and Southern California,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We had hoped that one day they would return to Ecuador so that justice could be done, but their arrests still took us by surprise.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Note their connections to Obama and Clinton.

From where I sit, this was a very excellent "collar" , and one wonders just what they will say, to get a better "deal" when pressed about how Obama and Clinton helped them.

Facebook Whistleblower Reveals "Routine Supression" Of Conservative Content

A former Facebook employee turned whistleblower has revealed that the social media giant engages in "routine suppression" of conservative pages through various methods, confirming internal documents and presentation materials Project Veritas obtained from a Facebook insider.

WATCH: COP PUNCHES HANDCUFFED TEEN THEN FELLOW COP GETS CAUGHT TRYING TO DELETE VIDEO

Miami, FL — Two corrupt cops have been charged with crimes this week after one of them punched a handcuffed teen for no reason and the other helped him cover it up.

On Tuesday, Sgt. Manuel Regueiro and his partner in crime, Officer Alexander Gonzalez were arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery and evidence tampering respectively.

Despite not punching the handcuffed teen, Gonzalez is actually in more trouble than Regueiro because he was caught tampering with the evidence of the crime which is a third-degree felony. According to authorities, Gonzalez tried to destroy the video evidence of his friend punching the teen by removing the batteries from cameras. Obviously, that does not remove the footage, so their ill-thought out plan was a disaster before it began.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I have to wonder if these two "peace officers" (if one can call them that, after this disaster) were trained by the IDF?

Did you know that many Florida police, and police from other states, have been trained by the IDF: WITH WHOM ARE MANY U.S. POLICE DEPARTMENTS TRAINING? WITH A CHRONIC HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATOR – ISRAEL

This means that, upon coming back from their training, these police will most probably treat the people they arrest much like the way the IDF treats Palestinians; abominably.

FTC SLAMS TIKTOK WITH RECORD FINE FOR SPYING ON PRE-TEENS

HIT OR MISS
TikTok, the video-sharing social media app that works like a cursed reincarnation of Vine, just got slapped with a $5.7 million fine for collecting personal information about its pre-teen users.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced on Wednesday that TikTok agreed to the settlement after allegations that the app knowingly and illegally stored the names, email addresses, and locations of users under the age of 13. The FTC’s fine is the largest to ever be imposed for a violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), according to the FTC’s statement — and a heartening sign that regulators are unwilling to cede privacy protections for young internet users.

PARENTAL CONSENT
Part of the reason for the severe fine might be because TikTok received thousands of complaints from concerned parents without changing its business practices.

Here’s How You’ll Die When the SHTF (and How to Prevent Your Untimely Demise): This article was originally published by Daisy Luther at The Organic Prepper

When it hits the fan…I mean REALLY hits the fan in a permanent kind of way, the most likely outcome is death.

That’s not pretty, and I’m well aware of it. I always try to be positive and optimistic, because for me, preparedness is the ultimate act of optimism, but sometimes we have to look at the numbers and face some things that are pretty terrifying. The first reality check is that some research says that only 3 million Americans are preppers. That means that 315 million Americans are not preppers. Some experts predict that within 30 days of the power going out, 50% of Americans will be dead. Within a year, an astounding 90% of the population will be dead.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Daisy Luther is a person for whom I have the highest respect, in terms of her understanding of what it takes to stay alive in a crisis.

I am not a "gloom and doom" person, but with so many potential hot spots raging on the planet, reasonably attempting to keep yourself, and the people you love, safe, is a very good thing to do.

An ARMS RACE: Deadly AI Tanks, The U.S. Military’s Next Project

The United States military is going to attempt to build deadly artificial intelligence-driven tanks. Dubbed Project ATLAS, this type of tank would lead to the first autonomous ground combat vehicles.

According to Quartz, the Advanced Targeting and Lethality Automated System (ATLAS) would theoretically give a tank the ability to do everything necessary to take down a target except pull the trigger. A human operator will still need to actually fire the weapon that will kill another human being. The United States Army has already called on experts in the field to help it develop this deadly technology. Eventually, it will allow a ground combat vehicle such a tank to automatically detect, target, and engage enemy combatants – without the risk of the operator losing their life.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It is terrifyingly amazing, how soon science fiction becomes science fact.

But the question I must ask is, how are these units going to protect us better than a slightly more-cooperative, less-unhinged foreign policy, which would keep the American military out of harm's way?!? To me, that would be the sensible thing to do.

Because right now, I am seeing geopolitical decisions being created in the bowels of power in DC, and also seeing their trajectory , which will have the creation of the next world war written all over them.

You can laugh if you want to; but I would suggest that the laughter will soon be replaced by a sense of dread when the US returns to conscription, which it may well do under President Trump.

The Looming U.S. Government & Private “Debt Trap” Threat

The signals from financial markets today indicate that we could be on the verge of a new credit crisis. The looming debt trap threat has ensnared millions of Americans, and they firmly believe that their government (which is $22 trillion in debt) will somehow protect them and save them from themselves.

There will come a time when no one will loan the government any more money. When that time comes, if you are dependent on the government for either welfare or a salary, you’ll be in a world of panic. But it won’t be much easier for those who are dependent on themselves either. At that point in time, the government will attempt to steal more money from producers to try to make up for their horrible spending habits. The economy will plunge into ruins taking society and the American standard of living with it.

Webmaster's Commentary:

One of the single most important things you can do right now, is to start getting your credit cards payed down, or payed off.

Ford "Quietly" Laying Off Thousands From Its China Joint Venture

At a time when global auto sales are grinding to what feels like inevitable prolonged recession, the world is taking many of its industry cues from China. Which is why it is notable that Ford's China JV would be laying off "thousands" of workers according to the NYT.

Thousands of the JV's 20,000 total workers are expected to be laid off as a result of weak auto sales in the world's second largest economy - a sign of continuing weakness for autos (and the overall economy) heading into the second quarter of 2019. Layoffs recently "quietly begun", according to additional reporting from Reuters. Neither Ford nor its China JV, formed in partnership with Changan Automobile Group, had a comment on the reported layoffs Wednesday morning.

Webmaster's Commentary:

We are looking, globally, at a very anemic economy, and I am concerned that this will continue to haunt the economy for at least the rest of this year.

The "Disintegration" Of Global Capitalism Could Unleash World War 3, Warns Top EU Economist

A senior European Commission economist has warned that a Third World War is an extremely “high probability” in coming years due to the disintegration of global capitalism.

In a working paper published last month, Professor Gerhard Hanappi argued that since the 2008 financial crash, the global economy has moved away from “integrated” capitalism into a “disintegrating” shift marked by the same sorts of trends which preceded previous world wars.

Professor Hanappi is Jean Monnet Chair for Political Economy of European Integration?—?an European Commission appointment?—?at the Institute for Mathematical Models in Economics at the Vienna University of Technology. He also sits on the management committee of the Systemic Risks expert groupin the EU-funded European Cooperation in Science and Technology research network.

In his new paper, Hanappi concludes that global conditions bear unnerving parallels with trends before the outbreak of the first and second world wars.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I do not challenge this EU writer that what he sees happening, is certainly happening; but that being said, however, it is the problem of global capitalism failing, massively, particularly for those in society who are the most vulnerable, which has brought us to this point in human history.

Pakistan To Release Captured Indian Pilot As "Goodwill Gesture"

Before international intermediaries even had a chance to step in to try to quell the escalating conflict, the Indian military started digging bunkers and deploying tanks along the border with Pakistan as the Hindu nationalist government of Narendra Modi - who is struggling to revive sagging poll numbers in the final weeks before a crucial election - told Islamabad that it would not negotiate for the release of captured pilot Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was taken into custody by Pakistani jawans after his plane was shot down Wednesday following an aerial skirmish that led to downed planes on both sides.

Fearing not only a military escalation, but also the pressing financial economic concerns as his country seeks another bailout from the IMF, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan said during a joint session of Parliament on Thursday that the captured pilot would be released as a "gesture of goodwill" on Friday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Prime Minister Khan has got to be doing a lot more than just this, if he thinks that such and act alone, will cause the Indian government to relent here.

There need to be ministerial talks at the highest level, to begin to get the process of the final resolution on Kashmir going.

This will take a great deal of moral courage on both sides, as I would imagine the process will be a referendum asking Kashmiris if they want to stay with India; become an independent country; or join with Pakistan.

I would much prefer seeing this worked out sensibly, in a series of negotiations, rather than see Kashmir bleed yet one more time, over angers which are, ultimately, not the fault of the Kashmiri people; India has promised this referendum for years, but never seemed to get the least bit serious about it; now would be a very good time for them to get serious, and then respect the outcome, however that comes down.

Ralph Northam's Wife Schools Black Kids On Slavery Using Raw Cotton

Virginia's first lady Pam Northam has come under fire after handing raw cotton to two black eighth-graders during a tour of the Governor's mansion, and suggested the students imagine what it was like under slavery to pick said cotton, according to the Washington Post. One of the students was the daughter of a Virginia state employee.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What in the name of Heaven is wrong with this woman?!?

Is she so completely deaf, dumb, and blind, to how this was going to make these kids feel?!?

These kids know their history a lot better than she does, that is for certain.

But the lessons these kids need to learn, are the new skill sets necessary for getting a really good job today; and imagining picking cotton, is NOT one of those skills.

Israeli Attorney General Indicts Netanyahu On Charges Of Bribery, Fraud & Breach Of Trust

Three months after Israeli police recommended that the country's attorney general pursue charges against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over his alleged involvement in "Bezeq Walla Affair", it appears an indictment is finally being handed down on Thursday, much to the longtime leader's chagrin.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This indictment comes at a crossroads for Israel, with a "geopolitically wounded leader", in Netanyahu, now in charge right before the elections due in April.

Wounded animals (and geopolitically wounded people), are very dangerous; I shudder to think what Netanyahu has in mind to do between tomorrow, 1 March, and the election which I believe is due 9 April

Has Trump Overplayed His Hand With Saudi Arabia?

Authored by Tim Daiss via Oilprice.com,

Last year, President Donald Trump successfully convinced Saudi Arabia to help keep a lid on global oil prices by ramping up production. The Saudis acquiescence to Trump’s tweets at the time were likely appeasement to the president for placing fresh sanctions against Saudi Arabia’s middle eastern nemesis, Iran. Moreover, most concede that Riyadh was a deciding factor in swaying the president to withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear accord with Iran. Consequently, Saudi Arabia’s kowtow to Trumps’ tweets was a returned favor.

However, when Trump later granted waivers that allowed several countries to keep importing Iranian crude, oil prices started their nosedive during the last quarter of the year, catching Saudi Arabia flat-footed, and according to many accounts furious at the president for what they saw as a betrayal of trust.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I sometimes wish President Trump had a sense of the "bigger picture", when it comes to the global economy; and right now, in terms of international relations, the US looks like the proverbial bull in the china shop, threatening wars against any country the President doesn't particularly like, or more importantly, wants to regime change.

Sometimes, it appears, he truly believes that he can do that all by himself.

Non-Military Federal Agencies Under Trump Expand Already Enormous Arsenals

The massive purchases of ammo and weapons by non-military federal agencies, like the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Social Security Administration (SSA), that first began under the Obama administration has continued unabated under the Trump administration, while receiving less media coverage.

According to a report released last December by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and recently highlighted by Forbes, the mass purchase of ammunition, weapons and other military-grade items by ostensibly civilian government agencies has continued up through Fiscal Year (FY) 2017, the latest year for which data is available. The report also found that many agencies had misreported the amount and size of their ammo and weapons purchases to the GAO by a significant degree. In one case, the GAO found that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had actually spent eight times more on weapons and ammo than it had disclosed to their office.

In fact, not only is this imbecile okay with it, he finds the suggestion to protect “the children” with the same means of protection he brazenly uses, laughable. -- Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing laughable about what I just wrote, that a Governor of a U.S. state would not afford “the children” he supposedly wants to protect, the very same protection he insists upon for himself.

Trump Threatens a Second Embargo of Cuba

he Trump administration is threatening to unleash a flood of lawsuits involving Cuba, which no U.S. president has ever done. It has set a deadline of March 2 to announce whether it will create, in the words of the National Lawyers Guild, “a second embargo” of Cuba — “one that would be very difficult to dismantle in the future.”

Trump may give current U.S. citizens standing to sue in U.S. courts even if they were Cuban citizens when the Cuban government nationalized their property after the 1959 Revolution. They would be able to bring lawsuits against U.S. and foreign companies that allegedly profit from the nationalized properties.

In accordance with international law, the Cuban government had offered compensation to U.S. nationals for the taking of their property, as I explain below. If Trump permits myriad new lawsuits to proceed, it would unleash a tsunami of litigation that would harm U.S. companies and punish the Cuban people even more.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Mr. President, why in the name of heaven are you making an already insane US policy toward Cuba worse?!?

Sir, just in case you have blinked and missed it, we are trading extensively with a country with which we were at war, and that country is Vietnam, where you and President Kim Jung Un will be meeting in a summit soon.

Sir, forgive me, but engaging - rather than enraging - countries with which we have profound, fundamental disagreements, may do a lot more for a successful American foreign policy.

Why not start with inviting some gifted students, maybe at the highschool level, from Cuba, and have Americans who speak Spanish, go to Cuba for a year?!? Each kid could stay with carefully screened host families.

And Mr. President, and Mike Pompeo, please remember the following; IF we do what you are planning, you may well see Russia patrolling just out of US waters, to make certain that the US has no plans for a decap strike on Havana.

Gentlemen, if this is where the US country is thinking of doing, I would strongly caution patience, and some opportunity to allow for travel and trade. President Trump, please reconsider.

And there is a relatively short documentary I would like both you and SOS Pompeo to watch: Tuning with the Enemy

This will give you both a sense of what it is like to live in 21st century Cuba.

The gentleman doing the documentary is desperately trying to get pianos to Cuba, because many of the kids who play, have had their existing pianos eaten to dust by termites so they have no understanding of what the music they are playing should sound like.

and Senator Rubio, what gives you the right to throw terroristic tantrums at Maduro, warning him that he will wind up just like Libya's Gaddafi"?!?
Rubio tells Maduro that he will wind up like Gaddafi

Is a decap strike against Caracas already in play?!?

The military's four new Humvee replacement Joint Light Tactical Vehicles are not ready to be deployed due to 'safety issues, being difficult to maintain and the doors don't open properly'

The military's four new Humvee replacement Joint Light Tactical Vehicles are not ready to be deployed due to 'safety issues, being difficult to maintain and the doors don't open properly'

The military reported test results of it's four Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs)
They were all found to be 'not operationally suitable' for use on the battlefield
The Close Combat Weapons Carrier in particular was 'not operationally effective'
The findings revealed problems including inaccurate health monitoring systems, doors opening, difficulty loading missiles and not enough cargo space
The military plans to order 55,000 JLTVs for use by the Army, Marines Corps and Air Force, which would partially replace their Humvees
The military intended to start rolling out the JLTVs to the branches in early 2019 .

Webmaster's Commentary:

I did a little research on this, and the company which manufactures these miserably created vehicles, and that company is: Oshkosh Corporation.

They make just under a billion dollars yearly.

IF I were the President of a company which consistently produced such dreck, I would apologize immediately to the military brass who ordered it, pick these up at Oshkosh's expense, and get these pieces of equipment made to work, with a huge charge against the company by the military.

This is a huge embarrassment for the company, and not one of these Carriers should have gone out before thorough testing.

These are the kinds of horrific manufacturing practices with which the US military should not have to put up.

Colorado Moves To Bypass Electoral College To Stop Trump: Will Assign Electoral Votes To Popular Vote Winner

Certain political elements within the United States simply can’t deal with the fact that our Founders created a voting system that ensured limitations on mob rule stemming from a handful of cities throughout the country. To protect the rights of all Americans, including those living in smaller rural counties, they came up with the electoral college, a method by which all Americans from varying backgrounds and ideologies can be represented during a Presidential election.

In 2016, Hillary Clinton officially won the Popular Vote, garnering more total votes than Donald Trump, but because of an Electoral College victory, Trump ultimately became President.

Every time a Republican happens to win a Presidency, Democrats argue that the Electoral College is an archaic election method not representative of a democratic government.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The reason for the electoral college is as follows:

The Reason for the Electoral College

The article then goes on to state:

"The reason that the Constitution calls for this extra layer, rather than just providing for the direct election of the president, is that most of the nation’s founders were actually rather afraid of democracy. James Madison worried about what he called “factions,” which he defined as groups of citizens who have a common interest in some proposal that would either violate the rights of other citizens or would harm the nation as a whole. Madison’s fear – which Alexis de Tocqueville later dubbed “the tyranny of the majority” – was that a faction could grow to encompass more than 50 percent of the population, at which point it could “sacrifice to its ruling passion or interest both the public good and the rights of other citizens.” Madison has a solution for tyranny of the majority: “A republic, by which I mean a government in which the scheme of representation takes place, opens a different prospect, and promises the cure for which we are seeking.”

US Announces New Venezuela Sanctions, Reiterates Threats

US attempts to impose regime change in Venezuela continued apace Monday, with Vice President Mike Pence’s promise of new “concrete action” coming in the form of a new round of sanctions against the Maduro government.

Pence reiterated that “all options are on the table,” and that the US would not rule out removing Maduro militarily from power. They may have less support for doing this than they initially figured, however.

Brazilian officials are saying they only want a “non-military solution” to Venezuela and are absolutely opposed to the US invading. On top of this, Brazilian Vice President Hamilton Mourao says Brazil will not allow the US to use their territory in any such invasion.

Past indications are that US invasion of Venezuela was to come through deploying large numbers of troops to Colombia and invading that way.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Whoever told President Trump that such a regime change operation would offer no counter resistance to that happening, was either deliberately giving the President really bad information, or they need to have their heads examined.

ISRAEL EX-MINISTER SENTENCED TO 11 YEARS FOR SPYING FOR IRAN

A former Israeli minister has been sentenced to 11 years in prison on Tuesday for spying for regional rival Iran, the prosecutor said, after admitting to the charges last month.

Gonen Segev was convicted in January when the Israeli justice ministry said he reached a plea deal after confessing to severe espionage and passing information to an enemy country with the purpose of harming Israel.

Prosecutor Geula Cohen confirmed to journalists outside the Jerusalem court that the judge had accepted the plea bargain and issued the sentence.

Segev, energy minister from 1995 to 1996, was indicted in June. The Shin Bet internal security service said at the time that he was recruited by Iranian intelligence while living in Nigeria.

Investigators found that Segev made contact with officials at the Iranian embassy in Nigeria in 2012 and that he visited Iran twice for meetings with his handlers, the Shin Bet said.

NAVY PROMISED CHANGES AFTER DEADLY ACCIDENTS, BUT MANY WITHIN DOUBT IT’S DELIVERING ON THEM

fter two of its destroyers were involved in deadly accidents in the summer of 2017, the Navy’s leaders pledged real change: more sailors for their ships, and better training for those sailors and the officers who led them. Old or broken equipment would be fixed, too. Most important, the Navy’s top command would stop forcing ships out to sea before they were ready.

In late 2017, as part of an effort to assure commanders that the Navy was committed to genuine reform, Adm. Philip Davidson embarked on a speaking tour. Davidson was in charge of “readiness” — responsible for making sure that the Navy’s ships were fully staffed, and that sailors were adequately trained and equipped and ready for combat. He had recently authored a public report laying out dozens of specific weaknesses that the Navy had begun fixing.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Wrong answer, Admiral; and while I might have a modicum of your attention, why in the name of Heaven, did the Navy send the USS Donald Cook into the Black Sea again, when this was the very ship which wound up getting its radar fried by Russian Electronic jamming?!?

Because I have to tell you, were I a sailor in that crew, that would be the first question I would ask is, had its radar been fixed so that this will not happen again?!?

Asking an honest question should not be met with a shut-down answer, as you gave this audience.

INDIA BOMBS PAKISTAN, SAYING IT TARGETED TERRORIST CAMPS IN CROSS-BORDER AIR RAID

An Indian minister claimed that the country’s aircraft made a successful bombing run against terrorists on the Pakistani-controlled side of Kashmir. Pakistan said the Indian jets “released a payload” while fleeing.
“Air Force carried out aerial strike early morning today at terror camps across the LoC [Line of Control] and Completely destroyed it,” the minister of state of agriculture, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, tweeted on Tuesday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Of course, not a word about the civilian casualties here.

Dear Lord, I am hoping (and praying) that SOME adult in the room in the bowels of power, is working the phones between New Dehli and Islamabad, and trying to get this under control before a real, nuclear confrontation happens here.

As you understand, both nations are nuclear-armed; China has a degree of military support for Pakistan China says military ties are the backbone of its relationship with Pakistan, and under Obama, military ties with India were enhanced. US deepens defense ties to India with landmark agreement

So President Trump, and President Xi; please: if there is one time in you collective lives that you can do to ratchet down the tensions here, now, gentlemen, is the bloody time!!!!

The last thing both China and the US need right now is a proxy war between India and Pakistan, where allegiances may throw the US and China further at odds with each other, just at a crucial moment for trade talks, and force the hand of treaties into an acute dislocation.

Does anyone else out there remember the real cause of World War I?!?!? Because folks, we are looking at a "Sarajevo Moment", all over again.

The causes for World War I:
This article goes on to state: "World War one started on the 28th of July 1914 between two sides; triple alliance and the triple entente. It ended on the 11th of November 1918. Difference in policies were to blame, although the immediate cause of World War one was the assassination of Austria’s Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The war started mainly because of four aspects: Militarism, Alliances, Imperialism and Nationalism."

And we now have all the same elements, threatening to break the world apart with another war, from which no country shall ultimately go unscathed.

TRUMP’S DEMOCRATIC OPPOSITION ENDORSES HIS COUP ATTEMPT IN VENEZUELA

Nothing unites the D.C. blob like a good old coup d’état. The only other times, it seems, that Donald Trump is given a break by “the resistance” is when he acts “presidential” — i.e., orders military aggression, as we saw with Syria.

As veteran journalist Dan Rather put it at the time:

The number of members of the press who have lauded the actions last night as ‘presidential’ is concerning. War must never be considered a public relations operation. It is not a way for an Administration to gain a narrative. It is a step into a dangerous unknown and its full impact is impossible to predict, especially in the immediate wake of the first strike.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

When half of the Gruesome Twosome defends the War Criminal Elliott Abrams with such lofty (and painfully inappropriate) rhetoric, you know that things are about to go "mammary glands up" for the Venezuelan people, and their duly elected government.

The Dangers of a Mandatory DNA Database

In Arizona this week, a state legislator named David Livingston stirred a controversy about DNA that may be a portent of privacy nightmares to come. A law he proposed would have forced many residents to give samples of their DNA to a state database, to be stored with their name and Social Security number.

If passed, “many people—from parent school volunteers and teachers to real estate agents and foster parents—will have no choice but to give up their DNA,” The Arizona Republic reported. “Any DNA in the database could be accessed and used by law enforcement in a criminal investigation. It could also be shared with other government agencies across the country for licensing, death registration, to identify a missing person or to determine someone’s real name.”

Israel Pharmaceutical Firms Test Medicines on Palestinian Prisoners

Israeli Professor Nadera Shalhoub-Kevorkian revealed yesterday that the Israeli occupation authorities issues permits to large pharmaceutical firms to carry out tests on Palestinian and Arab prisoners, Felesteen.ps reported.

The Hebrew University lecturer also revealed that the Israeli military firms are testing weapons on Palestinian children and carry out these tests in the Palestinian neighbourhoods of occupied Jerusalem.

Speaking in Columbia University in New York City, Shalhoub-Kevorkian said that she collected the data while carrying out a research project for the Hebrew University.

“Palestinian spaces are laboratories,” she said. “The invention of products and services of state-sponsored security corporations are fueled by long-term curfews and Palestinian oppression by the Israeli army.”

In her talk, entitled “Disturbing Spaces – Violent Technologies in Palestinian Jerusalem”, the professor added:

US Moving Special Forces and Equipment to the Venezuelan Border

In a series of tweets posted in her twitter account a few hours ago Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the US government is moving special forces to the borders of Venezuela along with military equipment.

She also alerted that the same US government (and US companies) with the help of some NATO allies is seeking to buy arms and ammunition in east European countries to arm the Venezuelan opposition.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is very rarely wrong, and if these accounts are correct, I see this as the prelude for a full-on US invasion of Venezuela.

Trump threatens to deport Venezuelan military officials’ families that have fled to Miami

The Trump administration is threatening to deport the family members of Venezuelan military officials — including some who live in the Miami area — who don’t disobey the Maduro government and allow aid from the United States to enter Venezuela.

A senior administration official told a small group of reporters Friday that the administration has collected data on military leaders who have family that have left Venezuela. They are living in Miami, the Caribbean and across the hemisphere. According to the administration, they’re living lives of luxury while their countrymen suffer.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Whoa, there, Mr. President: there is a 6 letter word with which you need to become re-acquainted, and that word, sir is:

OPTICS!!

It is not the fault of these ex-Pat Venezuelans that their country is on the ropes economically; it is rather the effects of the downward spiral of oil prices, coupled with US sanctions, and poor governmental management.

Sir, on this issue you sound as nastily hubristic as does Israel's Prime Minister, Netanyahu discussing his "final solution" for Gazan Palestinians.

Can you possibly manage, please, to not go there?!? But as indicated in a companion piece, it appears that President Trump is already in the process of making this happen:

Several of the top Venezuelan generals who the Trump administration says can allow aid into Venezuela have family living in the United States that could be expelled from the country, McClatchy and the Miami Herald has learned.

They are among a group of six generals who U.S. officials have indicated could receive amnesty from U.S. sanctions if they disobeyed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and allowed aid to be distributed by non-governmental organizations inside the country. But President Donald Trump has warned they could “lose everything” if they don’t."

After Venezuelan troops block aid, Maduro faces 'diplomatic siege'

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro faced growing regional pressure on Sunday after his troops repelled foreign aid convoys, with the United States threatening new sanctions and Brazil urging allies to join a “liberation effort”.

Violent clashes with security forces over the opposition’s U.S.-backed attempt on Saturday to bring aid into the economically devastated country left almost 300 wounded and at least three protesters dead near the Brazilian border.

Juan Guaido, recognised by most Western nations as Venezuela’s legitimate leader, urged foreign powers to consider “all options” in ousting Maduro, ahead of a meeting of the regional Lima Group of nations in Bogota on Monday that will be attended by U.S. Vice President Mike Pence.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is sheer ugly, in-your-face regime change, and thinking people around the world, understand this.

IF it were not that Venezuela has huge reserves of oil, particularly at the new find in the Orinoco Delta Huge oil reserves found in the Orinoco Belt in Venezuela, there probably not be such a hew and cry from those in the Bowels of Power in DC.

But hey, they have the oil, the US Government wants it, so ... get out your helmets and celebrate another (if successful) US-generated regime change mambo.

Yemen’s Houthis Set to Withdraw From Two Ports in Hodeidah on Monday

According to sources familiar with the situation, the “first phase” of the joint withdrawal of combat forces from Yemen’s Hodeidah is to begin Monday. The Shi’ite Houthis are expected to withdraw forces from the grain port at Saleef and the oil terminal at Ras Isa. Troops are expected to end up at least 5 km away.

This is part of the first phase announced last week. Details were not disclosed at the time, and it’s still unclear what, if any, drawdowns are expected of the Saudi-backed forces at this time, as part of this phase.

Houthi troops who retain control of the main aid port in Hodeidah are expected to withdraw as part of a second phase of the withdrawal from the province. As part of the same phase, the pro-Saudi forces are expected to withdraw from the Kilo 7 road, a vital aid route that they’ve cut off.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Fingers crossed, and color me hopeful that this is at least the start of a mediated peace agreement which will have the Saudis out, and a return to a normal life of the Yemeni people.

With women in combat roles, a federal court rules male-only draft unconstitutional

A federal judge in Texas has declared that an all-male military draft is unconstitutional, ruling that "the time has passed" for a debate on whether women belong in the military.

The decision deals the biggest legal blow to the Selective Service System since the Supreme Court upheld the draft registration process in 1981. In Rostker v. Goldberg, the court ruled that a male-only draft was "fully justified" because women were ineligible for combat roles.

But U.S. District Judge Gray Miller ruled late Friday that while historical restrictions on women serving in combat "may have justified past discrimination," men and women are now equally able to fight. In 2015, the Pentagon lifted all restrictions for women in military service.

The case was brought by the National Coalition For Men, a men's rights group, and two men who argued an all-male draft was unfair.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Remember all the times Mike or I have mentioned that to transition to a draft would mean the inclusion of our daughters, sisters, and friends, to beef up military service rosters, and the build up to a world war?!?

I have to tell you folks; nothing telegraphs the imminent return of a draft, coming after both our daughters, and our sons, like this decision.

I cannot tell you when this is going to happen; but because 2019 is an "off year" with regard to elections, and we are running out of February rapidly, I would either suggest later this spring, or in the fall.

US to Announce Concrete Steps Against Venezuela on Monday

Vice President Mike Pence says that the United States will announce new “clear actions” against Venezuela on Monday, promising there will be “concrete steps” announced during his speech, related to attempted US imports of aid into Venezuela.

Officials are offering no specifics on what this is going to entail, but there are several comments to this effect in the past couple of days. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had similarly promised to “take action” against the Maduro government.

Pompeo says the US intends action against anyone who opposes “the peaceful restoration of democracy in Venezuela,” by which of course he means the installation of opposition leader Juan Guaido as president.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This will be the polar opposite of "peaceful", if DC thinks that they can get a decap strike against Maduro going, and keep those Venezuelans who support him not striking back.

But as far as I have been able to see, Maduro's military is, in general, staying loyal to Maduro, at least for the foreseeable future.

IF that changes, expect all heck to break loose in Venezuela.

EXCLUSIVE: EU in talks with Egypt and other states over police data-sharing

European Union officials have begun talks with counterparts in several Middle Eastern countries, including Egypt and Turkey, about proposed data-sharing deals that would allow Europol to exchange personal information about suspects with local law enforcement authorities.

In some circumstances, the deals could allow the transfer of data concerning a person’s race and ethnic origin, their political opinions and religious beliefs, trade-union memberships, genetic data and data concerning their health and sex life.

The deals are being sought by the EU as part of efforts to bolster counter-terrorism policing across the continent despite concerns being raised about the human rights records of the countries by the bloc’s own data protection watchdog.

Since the start of the year, Egypt has executed a number of prisoners convicted in cases in which several said they had been tortured into false confessions.

Macron: France Could Ban Hate Speech Convicts From All Social Media For Life

French President Emmanuel Macron has floated the idea that those convicted for crimes of hate speech could be banned from social media networks permanently.

President Macron floated the idea at the annual dinner of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France (CRIR) saying that a new bill to fight against hate speech online was being tabled for May of this year broadcaster BFMTV reports.

While the bill is being floated at a time where Jews are facing rising levels of real-life anti-Semitic attacks driving whole communities out of French cities, the proposal to stifle speech online comes as President Macron faces unprecedented levels of criticism from the anti-government Yellow Vest movement. The French state has cracked down hard on Yellow Vest activists, arresting 8,400 protestors in just a matter of months.

After all, if 100 million Americans with guns were a problem, wouldn't they already know it? -- Their political endgame being complete civilian disarmament, not “gun safety,” you can count on them continuing to use one fundamental right to destroy another.

Interview: Ron Paul and the Never-Ending Story of Empire

Today we stand on a point in the continuum, a possible inflection point in the direction the world will go. Embrace the tired and ugly Marxist filth that destroyed hundreds of millions of people in the twentieth century (and altered the trajectory of history) or reject it whole cloth and build new institutions learning from those incalculable mistakes and horrors.

Donald Trump has revealed himself to be a two-bit, tiny man with delusions of grandeur, the blackest of hearts and bad ideas. The only thing worse than him at this point is his opposition, those that erected this edifice of corruption, filth and death.

The New Police Motto: “Shoot First, Ask Questions Later”

Being a police officer was not just a career for me- for better or worse it defined me. Period.

Both my grandfathers were New York City cops; my late father was a Lt. in the New York City Fire Department; my uncle was a New York City cop for three years before he made the right move and switched over to the New York City Fire Department where he retired as a Battalion Chief. One of my cousins is a cop in the New York City suburbs. Another cousin is a former New York State correction officer and yet another one is a firefighter in upstate New York. All have worked in some of the toughest neighborhoods and assignments in this country.

How the Feds Are Using Civil Asset Forfeiture to Threaten Free Speech

Prosecutors are ignoring the Constitution and legal precedent in their zeal to punish the founders and former staff of Backpage, by seizing money and other assets that stem from protected speech and legal activity.

In general, as the Supreme Court held in Fort Wayne Books, Inc. v. Indiana (1989), the Fourth Amendment says that "any and all contraband, instrumentalities, and evidence of crimes may be seized upon probable cause." But this changes "when materials presumptively protected by the First Amendment are involved."

Nonetheless, federal prosecutors are arguing that they're entitled to all money made by Backpage, even proceeds derived from unquestionably legal ads, and that decades worth of earnings made by former Backpage leaders before the website even existed are also tainted.

The Empire: Now or Never

Many people I talk to seem to think American foreign policy has something to do with democracy, human rights, national security, or maybe terrorism or freedom, or niceness, or something. It is a curious belief, Washington being interested in all of them. Other people are simply puzzled, seeing no pattern in America’s international behavior. Really, the explanation is simple.

The Brutal Truth About the CARNET: The Venezuelan Biometric ID Also Known as the Fatherland Card

The Carnet is the biometric ID used in Venezuela, also known as the Fatherland Card. It's necessary to buy food, obtain healthcare, vote, and survive in the devastated country.

It's designed by the company that handles China's dystopian social credit program.

And big shock - it's being used as a control mechanism over a desperate populace.

“I Ain’t Marchin Anymore”

After all the unnecessary wars in U.S. history, after all the tens of millions slaughtered for nothing, after all the torture, the brutal sanctions for political gain, and the destruction of entire countries, where are we today? We are still at war!

IT BEGINS: CNN blames Trump for Jussie Smollett’s fake hate crime hoax (just as we predicted)

If the actor is convicted of his crime, he could get three years in prison. He should, and further, he should serve every day of those three years. -- We cannot tolerate acts of racial, homophobic violence in America because our people are so diverse. But that also means we cannot tolerate hate crime hoaxes, either.

Privacy fears as bosses deploy high-tech fitness trackers to spy on employees - and could even use them to decide who to fire

Soon, your boss may want to keep an eye on you in more ways than just whether or not you're at your desk.

A growing number of employers are urging their staff to wear company-provided fitness trackers with the incentive that they'll receive quarterly payouts for reaching step goals, in addition to other rewards like insurance reimbursements.

In exchange, bosses are supplied with detailed data on their employees, ranging from their daily steps, hours spent sitting down, heart rate and sleep quality, according to the Washington Post.

We Have Been Criminalized by an Overabundance of Laws

Governments have learned that laws can be used as revenue and control measures by criminalizing more and more of human activity. Indeed, in many instances the term “criminal” is now meaningless as law enforcement has become a greater threat to ordinary people than actual criminals.

Self-blinded, hyper-biased mainstream media has turned “fact checking” into a mockery of itself

“Fact checking” may have been founded on the premise of spreading truth, but in today’s world, “fact checkers” serve only to spread propaganda. In addition to left-leaning “fact checker” sites, we now have “fact checkers” surveying social media to stamp out dissent and “fact checker” applications for mobile devices and web browsers to label and censor “unapproved” content. -- While “fact checking” was once a valuable asset for discerning truth, it is now nothing more than a tool of oppression. The Left has gone so far to corrupt “fact checking” that the real meaning of “truth” in and of itself may also soon be forgotten.

How Microsoft is engineering massive, nationwide criminal election fraud with the help of a shady browser plug-in called “NewsGuard”

The good news with all this is that pretty much nobody uses NewsGuard, nor is anyone using the novel web browser recently released by Microsoft, known as “Edge,” that contains NewsGuard automatically built-in to its functionality. -- “The latest estimates suggest that only a little over 2 percent of internet users browse with Edge,” Dhillon explains. “Google’s Chrome, by contrast, accounts for half of the entire U.S. browser market.”

The Tactical Industry and the Erosion of Constitutional Rights

When we put things together and view the totality of circumstances, we see a police agency in a red flag law state destroying confiscated firearms. We have a popular company in the industry aiding them (interestingly, committing a federal felony in one of the pictures). This insight can give viewers the perception that the Police may have taken these firearms without due process in one of these red flag cases. That might sound like a bit of a leap in logic, mixed in with assumptions- but there is more to the story.

$22 trillion debt? Let's spend more

The national debt crossed the $22 trillion mark this month with the same ho-hum response from the American people as when it topped $20 trillion, and $15 trillion and $10 trillion. -- Just another unfathomably huge number that keeps growing, so don't bother us about it, because it's too big to be real anyway. -- Except that it is very real, and our individual share of it is $67,501.

Peter Schiff: “The Real National Emergency Isn’t At The Border. It’s The National Debt!”

We are headed for a train wreck in this country because of the national debt and yet nobody seems concerned about it. In fact, many Americans have taken to emulating the federal government by getting themselves buried in massive amounts of debt as well, compounding the issue. According to Seeking Alpha‘s report by Schiff Gold, we should all we wary of the government’s overspending and desire to tax more to make up for it. Just because we haven’t suffered a crisis – YET- based on this debt doesn’t mean that one isn’t coming.

Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax: He did not act alone… event was staged at the highest levels of the deep state? (Independent Media Narrative)

Where are the investigations into these political activists for promoting a dangerous conspiracy that almost pushed America into a bloody race war? Remember, every one of these media hacks conducted zero fact checking and ran with the Smollett claims, touting them as established facts when they were, in fact, fabricated lies. Yet there isn’t a single one of these propagandists who has been fired, or criminally investigated for their role in this dangerous conspiracy to deceive America and foment a race war. -- Why is the left-wing media allowed to continue pushing utterly fabricated hoaxes at the expense of America?

Feb 21 14:47

Fake Noose!

Most hate hoaxes are much more slapdash efforts. By comparison to most hate hoaxers, Jussie displayed a Daniel Day-Lewis-like level of dedication to Method acting. (Admittedly, none of the conspiracy seemed to know how to tie a noose, only managing to come up with a Windsor necktie knot to hang around the star’s neck.) -- We should have annual awards, like the Grammys or Emmys, for Achievement in the Field of Hate Hoaxery. -- We could call them the Jussies.

Hell Hole on Earth Discovered at Fukushima

Most people think they have to die to go to hell but that is not true anymore. Today, in the mainstream press, they announced the existence of a hell hole in Japan at the destroyed nuclear power station at Fukushima. We have a hot spot on our planet that has never been imagined before and in the face of it human technology is helpless.

At the levels of radiation now being found a Fukushima, a robot would be able to operate for less than two hours before it was destroyed. And Japan’s National Institute of Radiological Sciences said medical professionals had never even thought about encountering this level of radiation in their work.

The independent media just saved America from a bloody race war (that the mainstream media was trying to start)

Yes, we’ve actually reached the point of insanity in America where “mainstream” media journalists actively wish for hate crimes and race wars. And they are willing to lie and deceive the public to try to make that happen.

Is America An International Rogue Nation?

In 2003, America (and its lap-dog UK) invaded and destroyed Iraq on the basis of lies to the effect that the U.S. (and UK) regime were certain that Saddam Hussein had and was developing weapons of mass destruction. These U.S. allegations were based on provable falsehoods when they were stated and published, but the regime’s ‘news’-media refused to publish and demonstrate (or “expose”) any of these lies. That’s how bad the regime was - it was virtually a total lock-down against truth, and for international conquest (in that case, of Iraq): it was mass-murder and destruction on the basis of sheer lies.

That’s today’s U.S. Government - that’s its reality, not its ‘pro-democracy’ and ‘human rights’ myth. (After all: its main ally is the Saud regime, which the U.S. regime is now helping to starve and kill by cholera perhaps millions of Houthis to death.)

Coups are Peace, Censorship is Trust, Intolerance is Love: 3 Orwellian slogans Western leaders adore

Exactly 70 years after George Orwell’s 1984 came out, most fancy themselves smart to totalitarian doublespeak. But perverse lies need no torchlight or mass rallies, just a tailored suit, complacent media and a docile populace.

We know this, yet hear them so often that they become background noise, and even if they come from the mouths of politicians we do not believe, we let the distortions wash over us, unwilling to expend the mental effort to challenge them every time. But when we stop and think, they barely make any sense.

“Peace-loving nations” desire a “peaceful transition” in Venezuela where “peaceful protesters” are being “threatened with violence” by “dictator” Nicolas Maduro, Donald Trump declared recently.
