Kevin Spacey Accuser Dies After Finalizing Sexual Assault Lawsuit

The accuser’s attorneys made a short announcement saying that their client had “recently passed,” but gave no details about how the death occurred or whether it or not it was the result of natural causes.

Spacey previously managed to avoid criminal charges that were filed against him in Nantucket, Massachusetts, after the teenage victim stopped cooperating—ultimately forcing prosecutors to drop the charges, which included felony indecent assault and battery.

Kevin Spacey Flew On Jeffrey Epstein's 'Lolita Express' With Bill Clinton. One Of His Accusers Just Mysteriously Died.

"An anonymous massage therapist who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey has died, according to a notice filed in court by the actor's attorneys," The Hollywood Reporter reports.

The individual, suing as a "John Doe," filed claims in September 2018 with the allegation of being forced to grab the actor's genitals twice during a massage two years earlier at a private residence in Malibu. In May, a federal judge in California allowed the case to move forward despite Spacey's objection that the plaintiff's identity was being shielded.

The Great Replacement Comes To Marvel. Out With The Normal White Men, In With The Gays And Black, Bisexual Women

Iron Man is dead. Captain America is all but dead, having traveled back in time to live his life out in the America he remembered. Those unhappy events occurred in Avengers Endgame, the film in which Woke Hollywood killed off and retired the two white men—top heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). And more wokeness is coming, as the producers and directors of these obscenely profitable blockbusters fashion a new non-white, non-male, non-heterosexual MCU. The normal white man will be exiled. Who better than a black bisexual woman or “married” homosexual man, after all, to save the universe!

The singer protesting against Spotify... on Spotify

Fans streaming the new single by pop singer Esthero have discovered it's been deliberately doctored to protest against Spotify's royalty rates.

Ninety seconds into Gimme Some Time, the music dips, and Esthero explains the full version of the song will only be available on her website.

The money Spotify generates is "really not a liveable income," she explains.

"I really hope you enjoy my music enough to actually go and support and buy the song from me."

Musicians Team Up With Fans And Fight For The Future To Ban Facial Recognition Technology At Concerts

By Aaron Kesel

Several musicians and festivals are coming together to call to an end to concert promoters using facial recognition at venues and music festivals, Vice News reported.

Last year Live Nation announced it would begin deploying facial recognition at its concerts. The event organizer stated they would start having customers walk past facial recognition cameras instead of presenting their tickets, a horrifying first step for indoctrinating the public towards using the technology.

This has spurred Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, Glitch Mob’s Speedy Ortiz, and a growing number of dozens of other artists and festivals to team up with digital rights activist group, Fight For the Future, in a campaign...

Following Netanyahu’s lead, Israel’s troll army promotes new Netflix series starring Sacha Baron Cohen and takes aim at HBO’s ‘Our Boys’

Last month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for a boycott of the HBO docudrama Our Boys. This month, a global pro-Israel campaign is promoting The Spy, a new series on Netflix starring Sacha Baron Cohen.

Our Boys dramatizes the events that occurred after three Israeli teenagers were kidnapped and murdered in the West Bank in June 2014, leading to the brutal killing of Palestinian teenager by Israelis and ultimately the Gaza War of that summer. In a Facebook post, Netanyahu denounced the series as “anti-Semitic” and said that it “gives a bad and false name to Israel.” He also called for people to boycott the show, along with the Israeli company Keshet who co-produced it. Netanyahu has previously criticized Keshet for its coverage of the Prime Minister’s corruption scandals.

THE 2019 VMAS: IT'S NOT ABOUT MUSIC, IT'S ABOUT PUSHING NARRATIVES

Watching awards shows is an act of self-sacrifice that I suffer through a few times a year for the benefit of this site’s loyal readers. Although I strongly dislike sitting through these seemingly endless hours of televised garbage, I believe it is crucial to report on the messages that are being promoted throughout. Because, while most media sources focus their “coverage” on random items such as Cardi B’s boob dress, there is much more going on during these shows. And the young people who watch these shows absorb what is happening the same way a brand new sponge absorbs the dirty stinking water of a nasty kitchen sink. And, yes, in this beautiful metaphor, the dirty, stinking water represents the elite’s relentless social agenda.

Spotify sued over 'billions of Eminem streams'

Eminem's publisher, Eight Mile Style, is suing Spotify.

It claims the music-streaming service failed to correctly copyright the rapper's work.

Eminem has never been properly paid for songs "streamed on Spotify billions of times", court papers say.

And Spotify, which has yet to respond publicly, put the song Lose Yourself into a category for unknown authors, without copyright protection, which Eight Mile Style calls "absurd".

Lose Yourself, recorded and produced by Eminem and his long-time collaborators Jeff Bass and Luis Resto, was the first hip-hop song to win an Academy Award.

American Apocalypse: The Government’s Plot to Destabilize the Nation Is Working

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out … without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” — H. L. Mencken

The U.S. government is working hard to destabilize the nation.

No, this is not another conspiracy theory.

Although it is certainly not far-fetched to suggest that the government might be engaged in nefarious activities that run counter to the best interests of the American people, doing so will likely brand me a domestic terrorist under the FBI’s new classification system.

Observe for yourself what is happening right before our eyes.

World’s oldest living pet Tommy the tortoise celebrates 121st birthday

What is the secret to a long life? Well if you ask this 121-year-old it’s dandelions and sleeping for six months a year.

Tommy the tortoise is celebrating her birthday and is now the world’s oldest living pet.

She has survived two world wars, six different monarchs and 21 US Presidents.

Born in 1898, Tommy has been in Sheila Floris’s family since 1909 when her grandmother Margaret Cloonan bought her for £1 – when the tortoise was already 11 years old.

Sheila claims that Tommy’s longevity can be attributed to her healthy diet of garden weeds and plenty of love and care from her owners over the last 121 years.

A Cycle of Renewal, Broken: How Big Tech and Big Media Abuse Copyright Law to Slay Competition

By Cory Doctorow

As long we’ve had electronic mass media, audiences and creators have benefited from periods of technological upheaval that force old gatekeepers to compete with brash newcomers with new ideas about what constitutes acceptable culture and art. Those newcomers eventually became gatekeepers themselves, who then faced their own crop of revolutionaries. But today, the cycle is broken: as media, telecoms, and tech have all grown concentrated, the markets have become winner-take-all clashes among titans who seek to dominate our culture, our discourse and our communications.

How did the cycle end? Can we bring it back? To understand the answers to these questions, we need to consider how the cycle worked — back when it was still working...

Universal Cancels Release of ‘The Hunt,’ Where Liberals Kill ‘Deplorables’ for Sport

Universal has canceled the release of the film The Hunt, reportedly featuring liberal elites hunting and killing “deplorables” for sport. The decision comes after the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, and President Donald Trump calling “liberal Hollywood” racist and full of violence.

“While Universal Pictures had already paused the marketing campaign for The Hunt, after thoughtful consideration, the studio has decided to cancel our plans to release the film,” the studio said in a statement. “We stand by our filmmakers and will continue to distribute films in partnership with bold and visionary creators, like those associated with this satirical social thriller, but we understand that now is not the right time to release this film.”

LAST DAY TO SIGN OUR LETTER: Tell the DOJ to Modernize the Consent Decrees

Last month, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) opened a new review of the ASCAP and BMI consent decrees that govern how we license our respective repertories to music users, including digital streaming services; radio, TV and cable companies; and bars, restaurants and retail stores. These consent decrees were conceived in 1941 and are completely out of touch with the way music is listened to in today’s digital world.

We are asking the government to modernize these antiquated decrees to create a fair and level playing field for all songwriters and composers. We feel that doing so would achieve more flexibility for our members, as well as promote competition and innovation in the music marketplace. (You can read more about our position in this open letter to the industry on consent decree reform.)

Hollywood blockbuster that satirizes killing of ‘deplorables’ causes outrage: ‘Demented and evil’

A controversial movie about privileged vacationers hunting “deplorables” for sport is ruffling feathers more than a month before its scheduled release and after tragic mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.

“The Hunt” is billed as a satire that follows wealthy thrill-seekers taking a private jet to a five-star resort where they embark on a “deeply rewarding” expedition that involves hunting down and killing designated humans. The Hollywood Reporter reported on Tuesday that “Universal is re-evaluating its strategy for the certain-to-be-controversial satire" following the shootings after ESPN reportedly pulled a trailer for the film that had been previously cleared to air on the sports network.

Live Nation Executive Caught Delivering Thousands of Metallica Tickets Directly to Scalper Sites

Live Nation president of U.S. concerts Bob Roux arranged for the direct delivery of nearly 90,000 Metallica tickets to aftermarket scalper sites, a move that artificially spiked ticket prices for fans.

Live Nation is already doing damage control on this one, though this is the second time the company and its Ticketmaster subsidiary have been caught directly placing tickets onto scalper websites.

In this latest episode, Live Nation president of U.S. concerts Bob Roux was secretly recorded while facilitating the direct transfer of roughly 88,000 Metallica tickets to aftermarket sites. According to Billboard, which obtained the secret recording, the direct transfer was arranged at the behest of Metallica itself, which stood to benefit enormously from the elevated ticket prices (as did Ticketmaster).

Life-Altering Copyright Lawsuits Could Come to Regular Internet Users Under a New Law Moving in the Senate

By Ernesto Falcon

The Senate Judiciary Committee intends to vote on the CASE Act, legislation that would create a brand new quasi-court for copyright infringement claims. We have expressed numerous concerns with the legislation, and serious problems inherent with the bill have not been remedied by Congress before moving it forward.

In short, the bill would supercharge a “copyright troll” industry dedicated to filing as many “small claims” on as many Internet users as possible in order to make money through the bill’s statutory damages provisions. Every single person who uses the Internet and regularly interacts with copyrighted works (that’s everyone) should contact their Senators to oppose this bill...

‘Homeland Security CSI’ July 4th TV special: Agents Dick Strong & Fannie Goode bring ‘Illegal Terrorist Combatant Associates’ to justice!

Satire often demonstrates how our real-world so-called "news," so-called "political leadership," and so-called "entertainment" help indoctrinate Americans to accept dictatorial government. Americans' loss of promised rights are real, forever lie-started and illegal Wars of Aggression are real, and exponential debt is real, and the challenge of US .01% "leadership" is to convince the American public to embrace these slave conditions as "necessary" for public safety.

Announcement on Amazon producing the Lord of the Rings TV show in NZ is 'imminent'

The Government offered Amazon no extra sweeteners to film its Lord of the Rings TV series in New Zealand, according to a senior minister.

Economic Development Minister David Parker told reporters this morning that he had made it clear to Amazon that New Zealand had "a pretty effective scheme" in place already, through the Major Screen Production Grant.

He said he told Amazon officials before Christmas: "We weren't proposing to change [the deal] to make it more beneficial for them in particular".

Although stopping short of confirming the Lord of the Rings TV series would be filmed in New Zealand, Parker said an announcement on this was "imminent".

But he said it would be coming from Amazon, not the Government.

BERKELEY, CORNELL PARTNER WITH FACEBOOK TO IDENTIFY 'FAKE NEWS'

SOURCE: CAMPUS REFORM
Facebook is partnering with the University of California-Berkeley, Cornell University, and the University of Maryland to identify fake news.
The tech giant is investing $7.5 million into projects at the three schools, according to a UC Berkeley news release. The two Berkeley professors who will work with Facebook are Hany Farid and Alexe Efros, who are both part of UC-Berkeley’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.

Farid has been a longtime critic of social media companies and the danger that doctored videos and images pose online. The professor has commented on this subject for CNN and admitted to the school that he is “skeptical” of the new partnership with Facebook.

Webmaster's Commentary:

More U.S. millennials subscribe to video games than traditional pay TV: survey

About 53% of people born between 1983 and 1996 now pay for gaming services, versus 51% who pay for television, according to a survey from the accounting and professional services firm Deloitte.

That is compared with Deloitte’s survey last year, in which paid subscriptions among millennials were 44% for video games and 52% for television.

Paid television through cable, satellite or fiber - for instance Comcast Corp’s Xfinity, Dish Network Corp or AT&T Inc’s U-verse TV - has been challenged by changing viewer habits, particularly the rise of direct-to-consumer streaming services.

At the same time, video games and e-sports have soared in popularity, giving rise to an industry of competitive professional and amateur games watched in person and online by fans, alongside more casual gaming on mobile phones.

Radiohead Get Hacked for Ransom, Release All Stolen Material to Donate to Climate Change Protests

Experimental rock band Radiohead has released 18 hours of material that was stolen from lead singer Thom Yorke's archived MiniDiscs by an unknown hacker.

The group announced on its social media platforms today that the archive—consisting mostly of unfinished music and clips from the mid-90s—had been stolen last week. The hacker, or hackers, demanded $150,000 to keep it from being released to the public, Radiohead said.

In response, the band decided not only to ignore the ransom demand but release the entire trove of music to Bandcamp in aid of Extinction Rebellion, the new climate change movement.

Lights, Camera… Covert Action: The Deep Politics of Hollywood

Originally published by GR in February 2009, this article focusses on the role of Hollywood as an instrument of propaganda. The Deep Politics of Hollywood are part of the broader process of media manipulation and disinformation in support of US led wars.

Here we build a prima facae case supporting the idea that Hollywood continues to be a target for infiltration and subversion by a variety of state agencies, in particular the CIA. Academic debates on cinematic propaganda are almost entirely retrospective, and whilst a number of commentators have drawn attention to Hollywood’s longstanding and open relationship with the Pentagon, little of substance has been written about the more clandestine influences working through Hollywood in the post-9/11 world. As such, our work delves into the field of what Peter Dale Scott calls “deep politics”; namely, activities which cannot currently be fully understood due to the covert influence of shadowy power players.

Elton John SLAMS Leftist Critics Who Have a Problem With a Straight Man Playing Him

Actor Taron Egerton, known by many for his role in the 2014 action/comedy The Kingsman, plays rock legend Elton John in the upcoming movie Rocketman. Many have complained that since John is gay, the role should have been played by someone from the LGBT community instead of a straight man, but John is having none of that.

“That’s all bulls***, I’m sorry,” John told The Sun in a recent interview. “If people don’t like it, review-wise, or it doesn’t make one dollar, it’s the movie I wanted to make and that’s all that counts.”

“I can look back and say, ‘You know what, I love it. I can live with it,” John said.

John took the position that the film needed to please him, personally, regardless of whether LGBT groups or any other political agendas were served. Much of that satisfaction comes from the good job Egerton has done in portraying the piano rocker.

US Adults Spend Crushing Amount Of Cash Playing Video Games

American adults spend enormous amounts of money playing video games, mostly on smartphones, and at a rapidly increasing pace, according to Reuters.

According to annual research from the Entertainment Software Association, over 164 million US adults play video games - a figure that's 20% more than a year ago and over 85% more than in 2015.

A staggering $43.4 billion spent in 2018 was mostly on content, as opposed to hardware and accessories. Of pay-to-play games, “Call of Duty: Black Ops III”, “Red Dead Redemption II” and “NBA 2K19” took the top spots for most units sold but the list did not include free games such as “Fortnite.”

“Games are striking an important chord with American culture,” said Stanley Pierre-Louis, ESA’s acting president and chief executive officer. “That’s what makes it the leading form of entertainment today.”

As Predicted, AVENGERS: ENDGAME Genocides Whites—Will Franchise (Like America) Survive?

Disney’s Avengers: Endgame, the culmination of 22 prior movies connecting the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), made an astounding $1.2 billion at the global box office this weekend. [‘Avengers: Endgame’ Sets Global Box Office Record: $1.2 Billion, by Christopher Palmeri, Bloomberg, April 28, 2019] But the plot signals the end of the line for MCU white super heroes—and consequently, I predict, for the series. Call it America: The Microcosm.
