Boehner to Obama: If Iran talks fail, sanctions will come

US House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner has vowed to impose more sanctions on Iran should President Barack Obama fails to reach an agreement over Tehran's nuclear energy program.

I an interview with CNN on Sunday, Boehner, a Republican from Ohio, said, "The sanctions are going to come, and they're going to come quick.”

Officials from Iran and the P5+1 – the US, Britain, France, China, Russia and Germany – are engaged in intense negotiations to reach a comprehensive deal on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program as a self-imposed end-March deadline for reaching a mutual understanding over the outstanding issues approaches. The two sides have set July 1 as the deadline for a final agreement.

US dodges accusation of killing Iranian advisers in Iraq

The US has indicated no involvement after accusations from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, which said an American drone strike killed two of its military advisers helping the Iraqi forces fight against the radical Islamist organization Islamic State.

The Revolutionary Guards said its people were killed in March 23, just after the US-led coalition started delivering airstrikes near Tikrit, where Iraqi forces are trying to take the city from the Islamic State, formerly known as ISIS.

The advisors were identified as Ali Yazdani and Hadi Jafari, according to a report published by the Guards’ website, sepahnews.ir. Both were buried on Sunday, it added.

US Military Gloats Over ISIS Victories In Iraq, Rushes In To Save It From Iran

Brandon Turbeville
Activist Post

After Iraqi security forces and Shiite militias backed by Iran were unable to liberate the Iraqi city of Tikrit from Western-backed ISIS forces in a swift manner, the US military establishment is now gloating in a rather obvious and even childish fashion that the Iraqi military has been forced to return like a battered wife to the arms of the abuser yet again.

According to the Military Times, nearly 20,000 Shiite militias withdrew from the Tikrit battleground after the Iraqi government agreed to pause its cooperation and coordination with the Iranian government. The Iraqi government agreed to take control of all the military operations from here on...

ONCE AGAIN BOTEACH DOESN’T SPEAK FOR ME

It must be nice to have extra money lying around that can be used to take out a full page ad in the New York Times. When a narcissist does not have an audience, he must create one …. that’s the game Shmuley Boteach plays.

Last month he and his weasel (Eli) buddy took out an ad condemning Susan Rice, an array of Jewish organizations, including the Anti-Defamation League and the Jewish Federations of North America, condemned the ad. This week President Obama is the target. It will be interesting to see who joins me in condemning this ad as well. Earlier today I posted that the Jewish Voice For Peace is gaining influence by leaps and bounds, see the post HERE. Boteach, on the other hand gets his foot caught in his mouth with every word he utters.

THE JEWISH VOICE FOR PEACE IS BEING HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR

JVP’s full embrace of BDS includes endorsing a right of return for Arabs and for descendants of Arabs who fled or who were expelled by Israel’s army in the 1948 war that established the state. That population, most of whom remain stateless refugees, now numbers more than 5.2 million. Israel and its supporters, including even dovish Zionist parties such as Meretz, argue that full implementation of the United Nations resolution calling for their return would render Jews a minority in their own state. It would mean, they say, the end of Zionism.

French could try to stall Iran deal: Former US congressional staffer

The French who are being influenced by Israel could try to stall nuclear talks underway between the P5+1 and Iran in Switzerland, an activist and radio host in California says.

“It’s clear that there is going to be an agreement worked out. [But] I think all eyes should be on the French at this point. I think the French are being heavily influenced by the Zionist Jews out of Tel Aviv. They’re making some statements that are incredibly problematic,” said Rodney Martin, a former US congressional staffer.

Nuclear Armed and Dangerous Israel Blasts Iran's Peaceful Program

BEX Alert - "‘Iran wants to conquer MidEast’: Israeli PM slams prospect of nuclear deal"

The possible signing of a deal on Iran’s controversial nuclear program is “dangerous” as it may be the only thing Tehran lacks to establish control over the whole of the Middle East, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu says.

Iran’s nuclear talks in Lausanne, Switzerland, which entered the final stage before the March 31 deadline, have confirmed “our concerns and even worse," Netanyahu told Israeli public radio.

According to the recently re-elected right-wing prime minister, the "’Iran-Lausanne-Yemen axis" poses a threat to all of humanity and must be stopped.”

The nuclear deal, combined with the control Tehran already has over governments in Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, could allow Iran to “conquer” the Middle East, Netanyahu declared.

Half the Saudi army are Yemeni descent! No wonder they are surrendering in droves.

Saudi Arabia has jumped into the abyss.
Its air attacks on Yemen are a historic and potentially fatal blow to the Kingdom and to the Middle East.

Yemen Exploding: Is the Stage Set for the Big War?

This new expansion of the war in Yemen is a bad sign. The situation could easily worsen, involve many countries, and last for a long time to come. The stage for the “Big War” may well be set and we will be hearing a lot more about Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula in the coming months. If this war gets out of hand, I would expect that the benefits of $45 per barrel of oil will soon end. There is no doubt in my mind that the American people – financially and for security reasons – would be better served if we just came home and avoided these nonsensical military interventions that are carried out in behalf of various special interests that control our foreign policy.

Israel through PNAC had told the US military to invade 7 countries for them

Paul Craig Roberts was Assistant Secretary for Policy in the Reagan Treasury Department. He could be called the conscience of the Reagan Republicans. The other day in a radio interview Roberts said America has become Murder Incorporated. America has spent trillions of dollars killing millions of Muslims for no rational reason.

You might remember the 7 nations General Wesley Clark said America was to invade beginning with Iraq in 2003. That list came from PNAC (Project for a New American Century) which originally received it from the Israelis. PNAC also received fake intelligence reports on Iraq’s non-existent Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) which they passed onto the White House through the Office for Special Plans in the Pentagon. The OSP was a group created by PNAC for the purpose of getting America to fight a war for Israel in Iraq to do regime change.

World War II myths fuel Western crimes

Freshman US Senator Tom Cotton already has two claims to fame. First he wrote a letter to Iran in an effort to sabotage his own President’s diplomatic efforts and start a war. And then he set an all-time record by invoking Hitler in less than one minute during his first Senate speech.

Sen. Cotton thus stands condemned under Godwin’s Law, which states that whoever mentions Hitler first automatically loses the debate. “Playing the Hitler card” is widely reviled. Yet people like Cotton cannot resist the temptation.

Why has the demonization of Hitler—and of anybody one wants to demonize through comparisons to Hitler—become such a massively overused, utterly shopworn cliché?

Ron Paul: How Will the Yemeni Civil War End?

This idea that we can run an Empire with military threats, missiles, and economic sanctions is a fallacy.

The Civil War in Yemen is rapidly expanding. We have been forced to close our embassy and military base located there. It is now clear that Obama’s optimism for fighting terrorism in Yemen was misplaced. It hardly sets a standard for dealing with constant conflict and chaos throughout the Middle East.

So far the various factions that we have supported over the years have been poor choices, as usual.

Hopefully someday our government officials will wake up. The counterinsurgency doctrine that was supposed to be the answer to all our military shortcomings is a total failure.

The group was founded and is run and guided by a roster of U.S., Israeli and British neocon extremists such as Joe Lieberman, former Bush Homeland Security adviser (and current CNN “analyst”) Fran Townsend, former CIA Director James Woolsey, and former Mossad Director Meir Dagan. BEX ALERT - Jeb Bush: Obama Disparaging Netanyahu While Negotiating With A Country That Supports The Holocaust "

JEB BUSH: The Israel/Iran comparison is probably the most telling. As we’ve disengaged over the first term of his office, now we are seeing the ramifications of this. The implications of instability now are becoming more and more apparent. Americans want their president to keep America secure and to keep American citizens secure and this policy of pulling back, of disengagement is not the right approach. US Declassifies Document Revealing Israel’s Nuclear Program

Smith, who heads the Institute for Research: Middle East Policy, reportedly said he thinks this is the first time the US government has officially confirmed that Israel is a nuclear power, a status that Israel has long been widely known to have despite being undeclared.

In a development that has largely been missed by mainstream media, the Pentagon early last month quietly declassified a Department of Defense top-secret document detailing Israel’s nuclear program, a highly covert topic that Israel has never formally announced to avoid a regional nuclear arms race, and which the US until now has respected by remaining silent.

Saudi Arabia sends war planes into Yemen in a terrifying clash with Iran leaving the Middle East on the brink of catastrophe

In a dramatic escalation of the stakes, a Sunni coalition of Arab states led by Saudi Arabia launched airstrikes against Iran-backed Shia Houthi rebels who have swept south through the country.

As Yemen veered towards political disintegration, the conflict exploded into a region-wide crisis that could have far-reaching and unpredictable international consequences.

Netanyahu’s Spying Denials Contradicted by Secret NSA Documents

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday vehemently denied a Wall Street Journal report, leaked by the Obama White House, that Israel spied on U.S. negotiations with Iran and then fed the intelligence to Congressional Republicans. His office’s denial was categorical and absolute, extending beyond this specific story to U.S.-targeted spying generally, claiming: “The state of Israel does not conduct espionage against the United States or Israel’s other allies.”

Espionage, Treason, and the Congressional Fifth Column

"Soon after the U.S. and other major powers entered negotiations last year to curtail Iran’s nuclear program, senior White House officials learned Israel was spying on the closed-door talks.

"The spying operation was part of a broader campaign by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to penetrate the negotiations and then help build a case against the emerging terms of the deal, current and former U.S. officials said. In addition to eavesdropping, Israel acquired information from confidential U.S. briefings, informants and diplomatic contacts in Europe, the officials said.

"The espionage didn’t upset the White House as much as Israel’s sharing of inside information with U.S. lawmakers and others to drain support from a high-stakes deal intended to limit Iran’s nuclear program, current and former officials said."

Conference organizers are the American Educational Trust, publisher of the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs, and the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy.

This unprecedented gathering will focus on the Israel lobby in America. How big is it? How fast has it grown? How interconnected are the organizations and individuals? How much revenue does it raise and where does the money go? What are the common objectives of the lobby? What laws apply to lobbying to benefit a foreign government and are they vigorously enforced? Do coordinated campaign contributions cause American policymakers to act more on behalf of Israel than the United States? What fallacies underlie the assertions that U.S. and Israeli interests are the same? What are the Israel lobby’s public and private, short-and-medium-term policy objectives? And what can Americans who do not believe pro-Israel slogans, activities and policy objectives do?

The Roots of Netanyahu’s Electoral Victory: Colonial Expansion and Fascist Ideology

Netanyahu has established the fact that Israel and its people embrace a racist ideology and receive the endorsement of most Western leaders, and mass media and the unconditional support of its overseas fifth column.

There is no question that the majority of Israeli Jewish leaders and parties support Netanyahu’s racist pronouncements and ‘no-state’ solution and joined him in a coalition government. But the larger issue is the positive mass response to Netanyahu’s call to action. Nearly three quarters of the electorate turned out (73%) to elect him. Moreover, Netanyahu has been elected prime minister for four terms: between 1996-99 and more recently 2009-20.

What is more, the opposition has not differed from the Netanyahu coalition regime’s Judeo-centric policies and pronouncements. In other words, ‘racist’ ideology per se is not what drives the Israeli majority to repeatedly support Netanyahu.

The proposed legislation was read twice and referred to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs on January 27, 2015 and approved by the committee in a bipartisan 18-to-4 vote on January 29, 2015. Kirk believes the bill “is within striking distance of a veto-proof majority.”

Israeli Delegation Heads to France to Try to Kill Iran Deal

A delegation of senior Israeli officials are headed to Paris this weekend, with plans to meet with top French officials, whom they hope to convince to abandon the ongoing Iran nuclear negotiations.

Traditionally, this lobby against diplomacy at the most vital times of negotiations would involve a pilgrimage to DC, though growing acrimony between the Obama Administration and the Netanyahu government appears to have convinced the later that the French are their best bet to sabotage the nuclear deal.

French officials have at times been the least reasonable in the Iran negotiations, and Israeli officials seem to be betting on another such round of last-minute unreasonableness to kill what seems to be a rapidly approaching deal.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Walking away from a nuclear energy deal with Iran will probably mean a Western/Israeli war against it.

BTW, did anyone get the memo, either in Washington or Tel Aviv, that Russia and Iran inked a military cooperation deal earlier this year?!?

Thought not.

And by the way, Prime Minister Netanyahu: now might be a wonderful time to start a conversation about Israel's nuclear weapons capabilities!!

Because under the Symington Amendment, any monetary or military aid from the US government to Israel is strictly illegal, because you do have nuclear weapons, refuse to allow them to be inspected, and Israel will NOT sign the NNPT, which Iran has done.

Webmaster's Commentary:

NBC only aired a 90 second clip from this interview, then gave the Israeli ambassador the mic to respond to it at length even though most people had not seen the original interview in its entirety.

BEX ALERT - Top Iranian Official Promises to Raise Flag of Islam over White House

While Secretary of State John Kerry continues to negotiate with Iran over their nuclear program, one of that country’s top military officials has vowed to “raise the banner of Islam over the White House.”

According to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), Ali Shirazi, the representative of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) elite Qods Force, made the remarks at a February 26 ceremony attended by families of martyrs.

According to MEMRI, Shirazi promised that:

Webmaster's Commentary:

And as soon as we see MEMRI, we can stop reading, as MEMRI is a known Israeli propaganda front, providing free translations of Arabic media to the western press, translations that are always skewed and deceptive.

CIA Confirms Role in 1953 Iran Coup

Marking the sixtieth anniversary of the overthrow of Iranian Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddeq, the National Security Archive is today posting recently declassified CIA documents on the United States' role in the controversial operation. American and British involvement in Mosaddeq's ouster has long been public knowledge, but today's posting includes what is believed to be the CIA's first formal acknowledgement that the agency helped to plan and execute the coup.

McCain: US Senate will block nuclear agreement with Iran

Republican Senator John McCain has threatened that the US Senate would block any nuclear deal, should the Obama administration reach an agreement with Iran.

McCain told CNN on Sunday that “we will do everything in our power to make sure we do play a role because we think that's our constitutional obligations.”

“I don't think they will reach a deal that we can live with,” he added.

Webmaster's Commentary:

John McCain is willing to defy the White House and the American people, neither of whom want any more wars, to please his Israeli masters, who do want war with Iran (as long as your sons and daughters fight it for them). This is a family tradition with the McCains. If you will recall, it was his father, Admiral John McCain, who ran the coverup of Israel's attack on the USS Liberty, a previous attempt by Israel to trick the US into wars on its enemies.

The Rise of U.S. Nuclear Primacy

. . . . although the air force finished dismantling its highly lethal MX missiles in 2005 to comply with arms control agreements, it is significantly improving its remaining ICBMs by installing the MX's high-yield warheads and advanced reentry vehicles on Minuteman ICBMs, and it has upgraded the Minuteman's guidance systems to match the MX's accuracy.

EU, US Say Time for Iran to Take 'Difficult Decisions' on Nuclear Program

British, German, French and US foreign ministers on Saturday agreed that a "substantial" progress was made during this week's nuclear talks with Iran, but stressed that now was the time for Tehran to take "difficult decisions," a joint statement said.

"We agreed that substantial progress had been made in key areas although there are still important issues on which no agreement has yet been possible. Now is the time for Iran, in particular, to take difficult decisions," the statement issued by the office of UK Foreign Minister Philip Hammond, said.

NBC fears viewers learn what Iran's Foreign Minister said to Ann Curry?

There is something seriously wrong with the media in America. And what NBC did with the interview with Iran's foreign minister is the latest example of that. You can add this example to the many examples I have pointed out on this channel for why we must have a media system that serves the interests of the American people and why if we continue to rely on the people who control our current system we will never have information that represents our interests.

And as James Madison, the father of our Constitution warned, "A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both." Mainstream media doesn't make it easy for the average person to learn critical facts.

Op-ed calls on Israel to nuke Germany, Iran

Kerry insists world powers united in Iran talks

LAUSANNE: US Secretary of State John Kerry said on Saturday that world powers were “united” in their nuclear talks with Iran, amid speculation of splits with France, and stressed that he would not rush into a bad deal.

“I emphasise: We are united in our goal, our approach, our resolve and our determination to ensure that Iran’s programme is entirely peaceful,” Kerry said in Switzerland before leaving for London for talks with his British, French and German counterparts.

The complex deal on the table, due to be finalised by July, is aimed at convincing the world that Iran will not build nuclear weapons under the guise of its ongoing civilian programme.

Iran says nuclear deal can be reached

Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, said on Saturday that a nuclear deal with the West can be reached after recent progress had been made.

"I believe an agreement is possible. There is nothing that cannot be resolved and the other party must make its final decision for this," the official IRNA news agency quoted him as saying.

Mr Rouhani's comments came a day after the latest round of talks between Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers - Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States plus Germany - ended without a breakthrough.

Big Bank’s Analyst Worries That Iran Deal Could Depress Weapons Sales

Could a deal to normalize Western relations with Iran and set limits on Iran’s development of nuclear technology lead to a more peaceful and less-weaponized Middle East? That’s what supporters of the Iran negotiations certainly hope to achieve. But the prospect of stability has at least one financial analyst concerned about its impact on one of the world’s biggest defense contractors.

A bold spring awakening in Iran marks the Persian New Year, Nowruz

As the last bit of winter’s chill rolls away from the ground, and flowers and grass take up their rightful new place on the soil, life across Iran teems in colorful new light as Iranians welcome spring, or bahar. Friday is the vernal equinox, the point when the sun reaches its zenith over the Equator, marking the start of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, as well as New Year’s Day, or Nowruz, on the Persian calendar.

Celebrated for more than 3,000 years, the ancient Iranian festival dates back to at least 1700 B.C. (Zoroastrian era). It is also celebrated by Kurds, Afghans and the Azeri. In 2014, photojournalist Robbe Vandegehuchte visited several Iranian cities — Tehran, Shiraz and Isfahan — to capture the many aspects of Nowruz. From its distinct fire-jumping festival, Chaharshanbe Suri, to family-style potluck dinners, the streets were alive with robust activity set against a backdrop of colorful vignettes and picturesque mountains.

Gen. Petraeus Agrees With Netanyahu On Iran, Obama Isolated

Don't just rely on Benjamin Netanyahu's passionate advice to Congress on his way to re-election that Iran is our archenemy. Now we have the counsel of retired Gen. David Petraeus, who gave a remarkable interview this week to the Washington Post. Petraeus agrees with Netanyahu: Iran, not the Islamic State, is the real enemy.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Obama is still the Commander in Chief of the military. So for Israel and Israel's whores in Congress to get their war with Iran, they have to get rid of Obama and put a more compliant Biden into the White House (which will give the Democrats a powerful advantage in 2016 now that Hillary is flaming out). So, I predict that we will either see Obama impeached for his many impeachable offenses, or we will see a repeat of the JFK assassination take place with both US and Israeli intelligence assets involved behind the facade of a "crazed lone nut racist Islamic Russian climate-denier" patsy.

The Secret Service better sober up quick.

America’s Dead-End in the Middle East

When empires weaken, they don’t merely withdraw. Rather, they leave behind a trail of broken promises and confusion.

When columnist Thomas L. Friedman suggests the U.S. should arm ISIS – thus joining the Saudi-Israeli regional war on Iran and the Shiites – it seems time to question the sanity of U.S. opinion- and policy-makers. But that is where the muddled U.S. post-9/11 strategy has led, explains Daniel Lazare.

The Iron Law of Oligarchy Returns

The death of Danny Schechter, “the News Dissector,” at age 72 from cancer marks a sad moment for independent journalism. Schechter’s was a strong voice against the empty platitudes and blatant hypocrisies that have come to define modern American media and politics, as he explained in an article last year.

The word “Oligarchy” has finally come home. For years, it was a term only used in connection with those big bad and sleazy Mafioso-type businessmen in Russia. Russia had Oligarchs; we didn’t. That became a big difference between the official narrative of what separated our “land of the free and the home of the brave” from “them” in the post-Soviet period.

GOP Rep. Louie Gohmert can’t wait any longer: ‘It’s time to bomb Iran’

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) pushed some wild conspiracy theories Wednesday to argue that the U.S. must attack Iran to destroy its nuclear program.

“We need to make clear to Iran: You can play these silly games with our president that buys into them and our secretary of state, but the American people aren’t buying it and you’re going to pay a price,” Gohmert said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Okay, Louie, if you really feel that way about it... Here's your rifle. Here's your parachute. We ran out of the desert camo but here's a bright da-glo orange jumpsuit from the CIA's torture centers. Watch your head climbing into that transport aircraft, and we will call Tehran and tell them you are on your way to kick their butts all by yourself.

But We The People remember the lies about stolen incubators that tricked us into the first invasion of Iraq.

We The People remember the lies about Saddam's nuclear weapons that tricked us into the second invasion of Iraq.

We The People remember how only a year ago you tried to trick us into war with Syria with more lies about poison gas.

We The People remember how there weren't really torpedoes in the Gulf of Tonkin or a Spanish mine in Havana Harbor, but how there really WERE weapons on board the Lusitania.

In short, We The People remember all the lies, frauds, and deceptions used to trick us into wars of conquest, to send our young people out to die in wars created out of thin air by and for the money-junkies. I think it is time that we have a new rule in America; that those who want war are the first to the front lines. You are all splendidly brave with the lives of other peoples' children. Let's see the true measure of your courage and commitment to war.

You first!

And just to keep you honest, please recall that Iran has not initiated a war of conquest against another nation in over 200 years; a sharp contrast to the US and Israel, which these days cannot seem to go two months without invading, drone-striking, or overthrowing someone else's nation!

Time to give Palestinians their country back

More than the threat of war on Iran, Netanyahu’s re-election is a call for war on Palestinians everywhere. It is a call for war on human rights and international law. It is a mandate for the Israeli government to murder Palestinians. It gives Netanyahu license to continue Israel's seven-decade policy of racism and apartheid towards the people from whom they stole the land. It is also a call for people of conscience to impose boycotts and sanctions to divest and to isolation Israel. No more business as usual - it is time for outrage, for action, the type of action that brought down apartheid in South Africa. It is a call to finally allow Palestinians to have their country back.

A Neocon Admits the Plan to Bomb Iran

Not exactly known for truthfulness, U.S. neocons have been trying to reassure the American people that sinking a negotiated deal with Iran to limit its nuclear program would be a painless proposition, but at least one prominent neocon, Joshua Muravchik, acknowledges that the alternative will be war – and he likes the idea.

On Sunday, the neocon Washington Post allowed Muravchik to use its opinion section to advocate for an aggressive war against Iran – essentially a perpetual U.S. bombing campaign against the country – despite the fact that aggressive war is a violation of international law, condemned by the post-World War II Nuremberg Tribunal as “the supreme international crime.”

Operation Rent Seeking How the war on terrorism became a business model.

The syndrome the Bush administration created in Iraq was what former Pentagon critic Chuck Spinney has called a “self-licking ice cream cone”: the measures to fight the war on terrorism guaranteed more terrorists, which in turn guaranteed the agencies more money to fight the war on terrorism. The same process was at work with respect to torture and drone strikes. It is a great business model for contractors and bureaucratic empire builders, but far less favorable as a national survival strategy.

Kiev Shifts Goalposts as Merkel Skews Wide

Unfortunately, the prognosis is that if Merkel cannot see the glaring truth of the situation by now... then there is not much hope of the chancellor ever coming to a realistic political position on Ukraine...And, grimly, that means the outlook for further conflict is not good.

Kiev President Petro Poroshenko unveiled a new dimension of international sanctions against Russia this week, while being royally entertained by German leaders in Berlin. Netanyahu’s Victory: Now What President Obama?

Netanyahu's outright rejection of a Palestinian state and his promise to go on building more and more illegal settlements leave Obama without any wriggle room.

“Love him (Netanyahu) or hate him, this is the face of Israel.” That’s how Uriel Heilman concluded an article for the JTA (Jewish Telegraph Agency) on Netanyahu’s election victory after noting that he had shown his true colours by declaring that there would be no Palestinian state while he is in charge. What President Obama now has to decide is whether or not he will allow Netanyahu to remain in charge of American policy for Israel-Palestine.

Netanyahu Unmasks Israel

With the facades gone, Americans must decide if they will embrace this apartheid system or not...

Desperate to win reelection, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stripped off Israel’s mask and exposed the ugliness that has deformed his country over the past several decades. He abandoned the subterfuge of a two-state solution, exposed the crass racism that underlies Israeli politics, and revealed Israel’s blatant control of the U.S. Congress.

For years, U.S. politicians have rejected allegations of Israeli racism and excused mistreatment of the Palestinians as a temporary necessity that would be fixed by a two-state solution. But Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has destroyed those arguments in his panic to keep his job, reports Robert Parry.
