Voter Fraud Doesn’t Exist, Despite Any And All Evidence

Santa Claus. The Easter Bunny. Voter fraud. What do they all have in common?

Let’s ask an expert:

Donna Brazile ? @donnabrazile
There is no real concrete evidence of voter fraud. It's a big ass lie. #Whopper You can't prove it. It's not happening and that is the lie.

So noted, Donna. That means the following didn’t happen, and the man claiming it did happen is a big-ass liar.

Delaware state senator's husband arrested in theft of Republican signs; caught on video

The husband of a Delaware state senator was arrested after he was caught on video taking down political signs erected by Republicans, authorities said Thursday.

In a video posted to YouTube on Wednesday, Dana Armon Long, whose wife is Democratic state Sen. Bethany Hall-Long of Middletown, is shown carrying a handful of signs to his car. A man with a video camera appears to take Long by surprise and asks him what he's doing. Long unsuccessfully tries to hide behind the signs and says there was no name on the signs.

"We gotcha, brother," the man with the video camera tells Long. "We got your license plate, your face and everything."

The video had about 29,000 views Thursday.

A Flood of Late Spending on Midterm Elections, From Murky Sources

A stealthy coterie of difficult-to-trace outside groups is slipping tens of millions of dollars of attacks ads and negative automated telephone calls into the final days of the midterm campaign, helping fuel an unprecedented surge of last-minute spending on Senate races.

Much of the advertising is being timed to ensure that no voter will know who is paying for it until after the election on Tuesday. Some of the groups are “super PACs” that did not exist before Labor Day but have since spent heavily on political advertising, adding to the volatility of close Senate and House races.

Wasserman-Schultz, DNC hire army of lawyers to challenge election results

The Democratic National Committee (DNC), led by its hard hitting and verbose chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, has hundreds of attorneys on retainer in order to fight the results of Tuesday's elections if things don't go their way, according a number of news stories on Sunday.

Voter identification laws appear to be the primary point of contention, with Republicans supporting the law and the Democrats opposing them. The DNC continues to use its "get out the vote" tactics while making allegations that the GOP is trying to "disenfranchise" minority voters, some of whom were proven to have been bused in from other districts or even states.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As far as I am concerned this election is already illegitimate and the government with it.

Confirmation That Voting Machines are Rigged for Democrats

According to a NewsMax story: A number of voting machines in Maryland and Illinois are electronically switching Republican votes to the Democrats, raising suspicions that fraud could be at the root of the alleged malfunction.

According to Watchdog.org, election officials in both states have characterized the problem as a “calibration issue,” but a software developer and expert on touch screens used by U.S. intelligence agencies told Newsmax that the explanation was bogus.

BEX ALERT - The Republicans’ Profane Attack on the Sacred Right to Vote

There is a database housed in Arkansas with your name in it … that is, if you live in one of the 28 states participating in the Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck Program. It’s one of the growing components of an aggressive drive across the U.S. by Republicans to stop many Americans from voting.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck Program is not stopping people from voting. It is stopping people from voting more than once. Anyone opposed to the Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck Program is clearly supporting election fraud and should be banned from public life.

FLASHBACK 2004 - Voting Paper Trail AdvocateDies In 'Tragic Accident'

The subject line on Tuesday's email read: "Another mysterious accident solves a Bush problem. Athan Gibbs dead, Diebold lives." The attached news story briefly described the untimely Friday, March 12, death of perhaps America's most influential advocate of a verified voting paper trail in the era of touch screen computer voting.

Gibbs, an accountant for more than 30 years and the inventor of the TruVote system, died when his vehicle collided with an 18-wheeled truck which rolled his Chevy Blazer several times and forced it over the highway retaining wall where it came to rest on its roof.

La Raza Promotes Washington Post Guide On Where People Can Vote Without An ID

The pro-amnesty Hispanic activist organization the National Council of La Raza helpfully promoted a Washington Post article explaining which states people can vote in without having to use a photo ID.

“Voter ID laws are at-issue across the country, with newly Republican-controlled legislatures having passed them in numerous states after the 2010 election,” explained The Washington Post’s Aaron Blake. “Most states still request some form of ID, but don’t require it. Another 20 states don’t require identification. In case you’re wondering where your state is at in all of this, a helpful (sic) graphic from the Post’s graphics team.”

Voting issues reported as Md. candidates begin home stretch

The Maryland State Board of Elections is investigating complaints that voting machines are flipping Republican votes to Democrat. Complaints of vote-flipping, as some call it, are coming from as many as nine Maryland counties, including Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Queen Anne's and Baltimore counties. State elections officials said they have a team of people looking into the complaints.

Some of the concerns are turning out to be anecdotal. For example, someone using the Towson University early voting center tweeted that the machine flipped their vote but no complaint was made to the judges.

GOP-led Purge Threat to 3.5 Million Voters

Election officials in 27 states, most of them Republicans, have launched a program that threatens a massive purge of voter rolls, especially targeting minority voters.

Al Jazeera America has obtained 2.1 million names from the target lists, kept confidential until now. Experts reviewing the lists conclude it is suspiciously over-weighted with Black, Hispanic and Asian-American voters.

The targeted voters have been tagged as “potential duplicate voters,” suspected of voting twice in the same election, in two different states, a felony crime punishable by 2-10 years in prison.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Let us be honest. If these voters are registered in multiple states, then at least one of those registrations needs to be erased.

‘Calibration issue’ in Maryland voting machines switches GOP picks to Democrat

“This happened multiple times with multiple selections. Every time my choice flipped from Republican to Democrat. Sometimes it required four or five tries to get the ‘x’ to stay on my real selection,” she said.

Miss Hamilton said she notified officials of the problem. “I’m not sure what was done about it. If someone is not paying close attention, they could end up voting for the wrong candidate,” she told Watchdog.org.

Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hofmann, a Republican, said the same thing happened to him when he voted early in Queen Anne’s County.

“This is happening here as well. It occurred on two candidates on my machine. I am glad I checked. Many voters have reported this here as well,” he told Watchdog.org.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Calibration my astrolabe!

If a government cannot prove the honesty and accuracy of the elections by which they claim authority over the people, then the people are neither legally nor morally obligated to obey that government's dictates nor to pay its bills nor to send their children to die in that government's wars, and may with full moral justification resist with lethal force efforts to coerce said obedience, looting, and conscription.

‘Calibration error’ changes GOP votes to Dem in Illinois county

The conservative website Illinois Review reported that “While using a touch screen voting machine in Schaumburg, Moynihan voted for several races on the ballot, only to find that whenever he voted for a Republican candidate, the machine registered the vote for a Democrat in the same race. He notified the election judge at his polling place and demonstrated that it continued to cast a vote for the opposing candidate’s party. Moynihan was eventually allowed to vote for Republican candidates, including his own race.

Moynihan offered this gracious lesson to his followers on Twitter: “Be careful when you vote in Illinois. Make sure you take the time to check your votes before submitting.”

Cook County Board of Elections Deputy Communications Director Jim Scalzitti, told Illinois Watchdog, the machine was taken out of service and tested.

Colorado Dems: We Caught James O'Keefe and His Friends Trying to Bait Us Into Approving Voter Fraud

James O'Keefe, the conservative provocateur, has been on the prowl in Colorado, the setting of a close Senate race between Democratic incumbent Mark Udall and GOP Rep. Last week, O'Keefe and two of his collaborators tried to bait Democratic field staffers into approving voter fraud involving Colorado's universal vote-by-mail program, according to three Democratic staffers who interacted with O'Keefe or his colleagues.

Surveillance Video Apparently Catches Guy Doing Something at the Ballot Box That Left Republican Monitor Stunned

An Arizona county party official said he saw a man stuffing “hundreds” of ballots into the ballot box and later told a local news outlet the entire incident was caught on surveillance video.

“A person wearing a Citizens for a Better Arizona T-shirt dropped a large box of hundreds of early ballots on the table and started stuffing the ballot box as I watched in amazement,” said A.J. LaFaro, chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Party.

Two men suspected of visiting a Homestead residence last year and filling out four people’s absentee ballots against their wishes were arrested Thursday.

Three years later, Pentagon unit still hides Internet voting test results

A nonprofit watchdog group is suing an obscure Defense Department unit over its failure for three years to disclose the results of testing on the security safeguards of Internet voting systems that are increasingly being used to cast absentee ballots.

The Pentagon unit, the Federal Voting Assistance Program, has effectively bankrolled many states’ shift to online voting, disbursing tens of millions of dollars in grants for the purchase of equipment that includes Internet balloting options.

Its actions have drawn consternation from cyber experts, who have warned for years that Internet voting is an easy target for hackers who could tamper with or even fix election results. The government’s premier technology testing agency also has refused to endorse these systems.

No campaign to face probe over Scotland's independence referendum

Anti-Scottish independence campaigners will face a formal investigation over allegations that they breached electoral law in last month’s referendum, the Crown Office has said.

“We can confirm that Crown counsel has instructed Police Scotland to commence an investigation into alleged breaches of Schedule 7, Paragraph 7, of the Scottish Independence Referendum Act 2013,” the Scottish prosecution service said in a statement on Saturday.

The allegations apparently relate to comments by Scottish Conservative Party Leader and Member of the Scottish Parliament Ruth Davidson, who said pro-UK campaigners violated electoral law by counting postal votes ahead of referendum polling day.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Special Report: Scottish Referendum Rigged - The 'How' and the 'Why'

The change.org petition demanding a re-run of the Scottish referendum, "counted by impartial international parties", has now reached 93,000 signatures as incredulous reaction mounts to the highly dubious referendum vote. Even Ron Paul expressed extreme scepticism about the result. The British media, meanwhile, is having a field day mocking the viral video footage of suspect activity at counting venues across Scotland, laughing off the fact that the only international observers to report anything about how the referendum was conducted were Russian observers, and dismissing Scots' calls for recounts and fresh referenda as being "sour grapes" based on "conspiracy theories".

But are these 93,000 (mostly) Scottish citizens, and the thousands of Facebook users demanding an investigation, just deluded sore losers?

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Scottish referendum was so crooked they had to screw those ballots into the ballot boxes!

Mitt Romney Declines To Enroll In Medicare So He Can Destroy It

Monday was Mitt Romney's 65th birthday. Happy birthday, Mittens. In honor of his 65th birthday he announced that he would not be enrolling in Social Security or Medicare. How noble. Except, it's not.

In deference to the conservative dogs nipping his heels, Romney has endorsed the Paul Ryan Medicare plan which would voucherize Medicare and leave senior citizens floundering on their own with private insurance companies. Of course, if you asked Mitt Romney about it, what you'd get is a bunch of lies. Really awful, cynical, blatant lies.

Bain Capital Owns Clear Channel (Romney Supported by Talk Show sphere)

Wouldn’t it be great if a Republican presidential candidate could just buy the support of just about every major conservative talk show host in America? Well, it may not be as far-fetched as you may think.

Clear Channel owns more radio stations (850) than anyone else in the United States. They also own Premiere Radio Networks, the company that syndicates the radio shows of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck, among others.

Needless to say, Clear Channel basically owns conservative talk radio in the United States. So who owns Clear Channel?

Webmaster's Commentary:

Of course all these conservative propagandists, in addition to their radio shows on Clear Channel, also have programs on TV as well, into which they carry their agenda. after all, they cannot be pro-Romney on their radio shows, then be pro-anyone else on TV! So, Bain not only controls the pro-Romney bias of Clear Channel but indirectly the content of TV political reporting as well!
