So basically content creators of all kinds could fraudulently re-upload their own material and sue YouTube for allowing it to happen, because the user who did it is now essentially anonymous and off the hook, and YouTube and others are now essentially the fall guy for this terrible and ridiculous DRM experiment; they open the floodgates wide for all kinds of people to commit fraud in epic proportions, at the expense of their fellows; And this is just the tip of the Iceburg.

This is why YouTube Ceo's have claimed it could destroy YouTube's platform. All these social media platforms have 2 years to move any content that originates from within the EU to servers elsewhere.
