By Michael Boldin

On May 31, the FDA held its first hearing on CBD.

After the meeting, the same questions remain as before: will the federal agency continue to maintain its current regulation and prohibition of hemp-derived cannabinoids? Or will it give in to market forces and open the door for the general sale and use of CBD?

CNN Stops Airing Trump Rally the Moment the Crowd Starts Chanting ‘CNN SUCKS’

Not long after President Donald Trump began his Tuesday campaign rally in Orlando to herald the beginning of his presidential campaign, the audience began chanting “CNN sucks.”

This is not the first time this has happened at a Trump rally.

CNN had chosen to air the event Tuesday, but as soon as the chants began, they cut away.

“This was a defining moment in America history,” Trump said referring to his first campaign announcement in 2015. “Ask them right there,” the president said, pointing at the media attending the rally.

That’s when the crowd began chanting.

“All right. We’ve been watching the president kick off his reelection bid. He’s been on stage for about six minutes. Within two minutes he did talk about the economy, within four minutes it was attacks on the media,” CNN host John Berman said.

Some wondered why CNN was even airing the rally.

Orlando Sentinel Endorses 'Not Donald Trump' Just Hours Before His Florida Rally

President Donald Trump has been bragging about early birds itching to attend his campaign rally Tuesday night in Orlando, Florida, but a least one sour note marks the gathering.

Just hours before the president is set to kick off his 2020 reelection campaign at the event, The Orlando Sentinel published a scathing editorial that endorses “Not Donald Trump.”

The newspaper, which is owned by the Tribune Publishing Co. and leans “right center” according to MediaBiasFactCheck.com, acknowledged that “some readers will wonder how we could possibly eliminate a candidate so far before an election, and before knowing the identity of his opponent.”

The Flaw in Tulsi Gabbard’s Foreign Policy

Earlier this month Congresswoman and 2020 presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard hosted a town hall in New York City, one of the many Democrats hoping to make a run against President Trump. What sets Gabbard apart from the other Democrats is she decided to make foreign policy her central issue on the campaign trail.

A big proponent of diplomacy, Gabbard is known for her controversial trip to Syria in 2017, where she met with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Her trip to Syria got her negative attention from the mainstream media, and positive attention from the antiwar crowd. She introduced a bill to the floor of Congress called "The Stop Arming Terrorists Act," being one of the only members of Congress to recognize the U.S. arming of violent jihadists in Syria.

The Case that Obama Was a Traitor Just Got Powerful New Evidence — From the DNC!

The case that Obama’s team concocted Russiagate in order to weaken Trump if Trump were to win the Presidency has just received an important admission by the Government’s acknowledgement that the Government under Obama had lied to the FISA Court in order to get the FISA Court’s permission to investigate Trump for possible collusion with Russia’s Government. This information came from the DNC’s own lawyer, to the current U.S. Justice Department, in the case of United States of America v. Roger J. Stone Jr.

Dianne Feinstein’s Billionaire Husband and His Love Affair With Israel

Richard C. Blum, the super-wealthy American investment banker and international do-gooder, gushes when you get him on the subject of Israel.

“I love the country,” he says. “How can you not?”

It is no accident that Israel was the first place he chose outside of the United States to host one of his centers for fighting global poverty, which was the reason for his visit to the Holy Land this week.

His fixation on all the good Israel has to offer the world might surprise those who know his wife: For almost 40 years Blum has been married to California Democrat Dianne Feinstein, currently the longest-serving woman in the U.S. Senate and an outspoken critic of this Israeli government. It is his second marriage and her third.

Lawyers: Files sent by Alex Jones contained child porn

Appearing angry on his web show based in Austin, Texas, Jones accused one of the families' lawyers, Christopher Mattei, of planting the child pornography in the files in an effort to frame Jones. He also offered a $1 million reward for information on who sent the emails containing child porn.

In a motion filed in Waterbury Superior Court on Monday, lawyers for the families accused Jones of threatening Mattei by naming him on the show, showing his photo and wrongly accusing him of planting the child pornography. The motion will be discussed at a court hearing on Tuesday. Pattis denied that Jones threatened Mattei.

"Total war! You want it, you got it!" Jones said on the show while talking about Mattei, a Democrat who ran unsuccessfully for state attorney general last year. "I'm not into kids like your Democratic party. ... So get ready!"

‘What is Trump’s motivation to be provocative with Iran?’ Pelosi asks– and the answer is Adelson

Yesterday Nancy Pelosi asked a very pointed question on CNN, Why is Trump threatening a war with Iran?

[W]hat is his motivation? What is their motivation to be provocative with the Iranians? Why did the president turn his back on the Iranian nuclear agreement? What’s the logic except some other issue — that it was negotiated by President Obama? We had so many national security experts, whether they were ambassadors, generals, admirals and all the rest supporting the agreement as well, so it had official, diplomatic, national security, technical, nuclear, et cetera support along the way. So why?

So, then he comes in and does — undoes that and inflames the U.S.-Iran issue. Why? What is the purpose?… I think he probably knows there’s no appetite for war among the American people.

Obama State At Center of Anti-Trump Coup Cabal

John Kerry, President Obama’s secretary of state, seems to be having trouble staying within the legal bounds of the Logan Act, so it’s not surprising that his State Department lieutenants were getting their hands dirty in the conspiracy to bring down Donald Trump.

We now received more evidence of this anti-Trump conspiracy. With The Daily Caller News Foundation, we just released 16 pages of documents revealing senior State Obama officials – Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and Special Coordinator for Libya Jonathan Winer – coordinated with incoming House Majority Whip Steny Hoyer’s (D-MD) national security advisor, Daniel Silverberg, to work on Russia dossier information provided by Christopher Steele.

Massive Embezzlement Scandal Threatens Juan Guaido’s Political Future

The political party of Juan Guaido — Voluntad Popular (Popular Will) — was never all that popular to begin with. The sixth largest political party in Venezuela, Popular Will is heavily financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Now, a recently exposed embezzlement scandal in Colombia risks to further alienate the party from the Venezuelan people.

What was supposed to be Guaido’s watershed moment has instead turned out to be a public-relations failure far worse than his quickly quelled attempted military coup, which MintPress News reported caused even the New York Times to describe Guaido as “deflated.”

What happened in Colombia appears to be so damning that not only is the Colombian intelligence service leaking documents exposing wrongdoing by Popular Will representatives appointed by Guaido, but the Organization of American States (OAS) — which is typically just as pro-opposition as the Colombian government — has called for an investigation.

OPIOID MANUFACTURER INSYS TO PAY $225 MILLION SETTLEMENT AFTER ADMITTING TO BRIBING DOCTORS

One of America’s biggest opioid manufacturers is set to pay a massive federal penalty after getting nailed for bribing doctors to prescribe their dangerous and highly addictive fentanyl painkillers. The distribution scheme of Insys Therapeutics, that pushed potent opiates into the hands of patients that did not need them, has been described as a driving force behind America’s ongoing public health epidemic stemming from use of the drugs.

Insys, an Arizona company that reported almost $150 million in revenue in 2017, contracted doctors who agreed to prescribe their drugs for sham speeches. In reality, the doctors were getting paid for issuing prescriptions of Subsys, the company’s fentanyl-based painkiller medication.
