Sarah Sanders: 'We already know that there was an 'outrageous amount of corruption' at FBI

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Sunday the Trump administration “already” knows that there was a high level of corruption at the FBI ahead of Attorney General William Barr’s investigation into the origins of the Russia investigation.

“We already know that there was an outrageous amount of corruption that took place at the F.B.I. They leaked information. They lied. They were specifically working trying to take down the president, trying to hurt the president," Sanders said on NBC's "Meet The Press."

"We'll leave the final call up to the attorney general and he'll get to the bottom of it. But we think Americans deserve the truth. The president's asked for that. And we should expect nothing less.”

EDWARD HEATH has not only been accused of lying to the electorate when he took Britain into the bloc but, according to newly-resurfaced reports, the former Prime Minister also received a financial reward that would be the equivalent of £1.5million before he signed away British sovereignty.

This Trump Challenger Is Begging for a Fox News Interview for One Reason

The Democratic presidential field is the largest in history.

And with so many candidates in the race to take on President Donald Trump next year, many candidates are taking any advantage they can get in this race.

Name ID and money are the two biggest restrictions that candidates face, and if someone has neither, they won’t last long in the grueling primary process that lies ahead.

This has led to some candidates who are on the decline or have been stuck polling in the low single digits to do some desperate moves to get their name out there.

And one such candidate is Beto O’Rourke, who was once hailed as the future of the Democratic Party and a serious presidential contender, only to see his star fade shortly after entering the race for the nomination.

Lindsey Graham: Only Ones Against Release of Russia Probe Details Are Those ‘Worried’ About Exposure

President Donald Trump, as most people know by now, has granted Attorney General William Barr full authority to declassify all government secrets related to the Russia collusion investigation, which took nearly two years and involved thousands of documents and scores of individuals.

As Trump has said earlier, “I declassified everything, everything they want. I put it under the auspices of the attorney general. He’s going to be in charge of it.”

During an appearance on “Fox News Sunday” on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend with anchor Chris Wallace, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said he had no problem with that — “not at all from my point of view. I was one of the Republicans insisting that [special counsel Robert] Mueller be allowed to do his job. I never thought it was a witch hunt. The report is in — no collusion. [And] Mueller didn’t do anything on obstruction.”

MIA On Memorial Day: Joe Biden Didn’t Take Part In Any Events Monday

Most presidential candidates go out of their way on Memorial Day to attend or take part in events honoring America’s fallen soldiers, but not Joe Biden.

The top 2020 Democrat had no events scheduled and particularly nothing that involved meeting with military members or visiting the graves of those who gave all to honor their memory.

Biden’s last campaign event was in Philadelphia last Saturday.

“I promise you this – no one – no one – is going to work longer and campaign harder to win your trust and support than this son of Catherine Eugenia and Joseph Biden!” Biden said in his speech.

Besides a few fundraisers, Biden’s campaign has been inactive since the Philly rally. Breitbart reached out to the Biden camp for comment but received no response.

The Plague of Meddling Political Busybodies

By Richard M. Ebeling

Who knows what might be better or best for you? You or those in the government? We all make mistakes and misjudgments, but who is most likely to have a wider and deeper appreciation of your wants and desires, you or a bureaucrat in an often-faraway government agency? Who is more likely to have an insight into the options and opportunities for achieving your wants and desires, you or a handful of politicians focused on their own goals and political purposes? ...

We ought to see them and call them for what they really are: compulsive coercers who just cannot leave the rest of us all alone. Maybe it’s an uncontrollable addiction for which they need medical treatment and psychiatric help — but please, not at taxpayers’ expense!

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, one of the first Democrats in Congress to call for President Donald Trump to be impeached, said Sunday that more Democrats are 'moving toward' a consensus on such proceedings against the president.

'It is moving towards that. It's going to demand that. It already is,' she said on NBC's 'Meet the Press.'

'We can't be able to do our jobs if we don't hold him accountable,' she said.

Austria’s Chancellor Kurz loses no confidence vote following corruption scandal

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz has lost a no confidence vote in parliament following corruption allegations involving his now ex-vice chancellor. The scandal earlier led to the breakup of the coalition government.

The motion was brought to Austria’s lower house of parliament by Peter Pilz, an environmentalist MP, and on Monday supported by the left-wing Social Democrats (SPO) and the right-wing Freedom Party (FPO).

All in all, 110 of the parliament’s 183 MPs voted to oust Kurz’s government, which had functioned in a caretaker role since the collapse of his coalition last week.

Chris Wallace Owns Lindsey Graham With Clip Of Him Lashing Clinton Over Subpoenas

Fox News host Chris Wallace confronted Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Sunday with the lawmaker’s own words captured on video lashing the president for ignoring a congressional subpoena. But he was talking about Bill Clinton — not Donald Trump.
Graham also insisted at the time that ignoring a subpoena was an impeachable offense.

Wallace told Graham on Sunday: “You call all of what’s going on here in Washington a political circus, but you took a different view back when you were leading the impeachment effort against Bill Clinton back in the late ’90s. At that time you said that any president — and you talk specifically about Clinton and Richard Nixon — who defied Congress when it came to subpoenas was in danger of impeachment.”

In the 1998 clip, Graham angrily fumed in comments directed at Clinton: “You’re becoming the judge and jury. It is not your job to tell us what we need. It is your job to comply with things we need to provide oversight over you.”

The Euroskeptic Brexit Party headed by former UKIP leader Nigel Farage is looking at a solid victory in the European elections, early exit polls show, placing it at about 30 percent, over 20 percent ahead of the Conservatives.
The Brexit Party appears to have scored big in the UK’s portion of the European Parliament elections, with early results and projections on Sunday night showing it ahead of the rest of the field.

Farage began celebrating as the first exit polls started coming in. “It looks like it’s going to be a big win for the Brexit Party,”he told reporters.

With about 99 percent of the vote in, Brexit has some 31.6 percent, followed by the pro-EU Liberal Democrats with 20.3, Labour with 14.1 and the Greens with 12.1. The Conservatives are taking a massive hit and are projected to win only 9.1 percent.

UK: 99% counted.

Remain parties: 40.4%
Hard Brexit parties: 34.9%

Webmaster's Commentary:

Well done, Nigel, congrats! And here, we have a moment of political sanity for the UK!!!

AT&T has come a long way from the supernormative, feel-good messages of its You Will ads; now CEO Randall Stephenson predicts a future where his company will dynamically alter your TV ads based on what it thinks you will buy; and chase you with that ad from your TV to your computer to your phone, and then spy on your location to see whether you go to a retailer to buy the thing you've had advertised to you; and use that intelligence to command high advertising rates from advertisers.

BBC says it's NOT biased after viewers accused it of downplaying Brexit Party's victory, focusing on Remainer successes - and letting Alastair Campbell accuse Farage of taking Russian money

After the BBC coverage last night, one Brexiteer laid into the corporations coverage and said: 'BBC EU programme now resorting to waxing lyrical on a People's Vote, second referendum, guest after guest droning on about it and compromise, bringing the country together.

'A massive BXP election performance has been turned into a BBC remain party political broadcast.'

Another accused the BBC of 'completely ignoring the fact the Brexit Party is topping the results'.

Some slammed their coverage in general, with one observer saying that perhaps now the British public will look differently at the coverage the broadcaster puts out.

One user said: 'This election has also hastened the day when the bbc will lose its licence as millions more brits see just how unashamedly biased its coverage is.'

What if Euro poll was a GENERAL election? Farage would be PM with a 200-seat majority - but in reality higher turnout would keep Nigel out of No 10 (probably)

Nigel Farage might have delivered a political earthquake in the EU elections - but it would be nothing to the shock if he could replicate the performance in a Westminster election.

The Brexit Party would be sitting on a 200-plus seat majority if the votes broke down the same way in a general election, according to the Electoral Calculus website.

'Now leave... or else': Victorious Farage threatens to unleash his Brexit party at General Election after Tories and Labour are humiliated in Euro vote after failure to deliver on result of referendum

Nigel Farage and his Brexit Party triumphed in the Euro polls – winning at least 28 MEP seats despite being launched only six weeks ago. Among their triumphs last night, former Tory MP Ann Widdecombe and Annunziata Rees-Mogg, the sister of Conservative Brexiteer Jacob, were elected as MEPs. The Tories suffered one of the worst electoral nights in their history after falling into fifth place across the country behind even the Greens. But Jeremy Corbyn, who turned 70 yesterday, faced a similar nightmare as his party's vote appeared to have collapsed. Labour slumped to third, beaten by the Liberal Democrats, after being humbled in strongholds including London and Wales as Remain voters deserted them. Early this morning the Brexit Party's share of the vote was 31.3 per cent – ahead of the Lib Dems on 20.3 per cent. Labour were third on just 14.1 per cent, with the Greens next on 12.1 per cent and the Conservatives on a disastrous 9.1 per cent.

The inquiry would be significant and it is based on newly published information in the British newspaper The Telegraph revealing that former British spy Christopher Steele briefed May’s spy chiefs on the uncorroborated dossier.

Sanders burns Bill Kristol over ‘foolish’ pushing for Iraq war, asks where his apology is

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders took a swipe at neoconservative Bill Kristol for his “foolish advocacy of the Iraq war,” and questioned whether he had apologized to the country for it yet.
Sanders was responding to a tweet Kristol sent that said, “#Never Sanders,” and linked to a New York Times article about the longtime Vermont senator’s opposition to war.

“Have you apologized to the nation for your foolish advocacy of the Iraq war?” Sanders tweeted, adding he makes “no apologies for opposing it.”

Bloomberg Gun-Ignorance Course Continues Bloomberging Rights Away

For starters, the 2nd Amendment is described as “a legal and political challenge” to gun control and “the elephant in the room” when talking about gun policy. Constitutional rights should not be considered “challenges” to any worthwhile endeavor, but that sort of (un)subtle bias is present throughout the week two presentations.
