RFK Jr. wins case against U.S. government for vaccine safety violations

Del Bigtree, founder of Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), teamed up with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to take on the U.S. government by filing suit against the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for vaccine safety violations — and they won. This is big news for all concerned with the topic of vaccine safety. It turns out the federal agency has been neglecting their vaccine safety obligations for over 30 years. The lawsuit brought by RFK Jr. is evidence that “vaccine safety” as we know it is nothing more than a sham.

Government agencies charged with protecting the public are not doing their part to ensure and improve the safety of immunizations, but will they be held accountable?

Faking Medical Reality

“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.” —Marcia Angell, MD

“The secret of acting is sincerity. If you can fake that, you’ve got it made.” —George Burns

The faking of medical reality is, at bottom, an operation designed to bolster the power of the medical cartel, one of the most important forces on the planet.

What do doctors rely on? What do medical schools rely on? What do medical journals and mainstream medical reporters and drug companies and the FDA rely on?

Hackers could spy on your children using security flaw in tablet used by thousands of kids around the world

A tablet aimed at children aged between three and nine years old has a severe security flaw which allows hackers to spy on the children.

Known as the InnoTab Max or the Storio Max and available for £115 ($120), the 'safe' tablet allows parents to approve a website before their children can visit it.

But, it has been revealed, customers with affected devices are at risk of criminals taking control of the popular gadget and snooping on the vulnerable youngsters.

Accomplished hackers can monitor children, listen to them, talk to them, have full access and control of the device and even watch them through the webcam.

The Psychological Bubble That Has Been Propping Up The U.S. Economy Is Starting To Implode

Michigan Becomes First Midwest State To Legalize Recreational Use Of Marijuana

By Aaron Kesel

Michigan has become the first state in the Midwest to legalize recreational use of marijuana, allowing citizens at least 21 years of age to light up and toke. The law is set to take effect on December 6th this week.

In the Nov. 6th election, voters endorsed legalizing the use of recreational cannabis (Proposal One) by adults who are at least 21 years old, similar to current alcohol laws.

So far, eleven states including California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington and the District of Columbia have legalized the use of recreational marijuana.

Although marijuana has been legalized, there are still restrictions and stipulations that smokers must adhere to. Marijuana can only be consumed on private property, although landlords and employers can prohibit its use ...

British Government ‘Pledges’ Cheaper, Unlabelled, Gene-edited Food. “An Agricultural Revolution” Predicated on Genetic Engineering!

At a time when apprehensions about low-quality food entering the country post Brexit are rising, the Times reports that Michael Gove, the environment secretary has announced that “Britain will lead an agricultural revolution with the use of gene editing”.

In July, after hearing scientific evidence that gene editing “causes many profound mutations and DNA damage”, the European Court of Justice ruled that food resulting from genome editing would be regarded as genetically modified, which is outlawed in Europe.

The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) is underwhelmed

Disregarding this science-based evidence, Gove pledged, at yesterday’s CLA meeting in Westminster, that scientists and farmers would be freed from this European court ruling. The first report seen however, makes no reference to this exciting prospect, whatsoever.

Vaccine Realities That Big Pharma Doesn’t Teach Us Doctors (or Our Patients). The Plight of “Vaccine Damaged Children”

Over the several decades since I really started studying vaccine issues in some depth – much too late for many of my vulnerable patients – I have come to see through the pervasive Big Pharma/Big Vaccine/Big Medicine propaganda that falsely and repeatedly asserted that all vaccines are safe, effective and necessary for the public health.

I have come to understand that my academic professors at the University of Minnesota Medical School that taught us naïve students about the alleged safety and alleged efficacy of mass vaccination campaigns had also been mis-taught by their own professors who probably only knew the historical myths about Jenner, cowpox and smallpox and the early myths about Salk and Sabin and their often failed, even disastrous experiments with polio vaccines

Almond milk is a healthy beverage that is touted by many health advisers for its nutritional benefits. Known since the Middle Ages, almond milk has enjoyed increased popularity in recent years as it has become more widely available. Almond milk is traditionally made from almonds and water. However, many commercially available forms of almond milk contain a substance called carrageenan. Carrageenan is made from red seaweed and is added to the almond milk to thicken and to stabilize the liquid.

German Finance Ministry unaware that getting gold back from US is ‘becoming a hot topic’

For decades, the Bundesbank, Germany’s central bank and custodian of the country’s gold, has been storing over 1,200 tons of the precious metal worth nearly €50 billion in the New York vaults of the US Federal Reserve.
After a public outcry in Germany in 2013, authorities started the repatriation program, aimed at returning the country’s gold reserves, which have been stored outside of the country since the Cold War. Berlin intended to get at least half of the country’s gold from the US and France by 2020. The government had initially planned to complete the program within a five-year period, but the US Federal Reserve renegotiated the process to a seven-year timeline.

Pharma company 'KNEW vaginal mesh implant would leave women in pain': Emails reveal executives were warned it could twist patients' nerves before it hit the market, report claims

Johnson & Johnson sold a faulty vaginal mesh implant that left tens of thousands of women in agony despite knowing the risks before it hit the market, a new report claims.

Internal emails seen by the Guardian show executives at the pharmaceutical company had been briefed on the product's flaws - namely that it could turn extremely rigid, inflict serious pain, and could be near impossible to remove.

In May 2004, before the product was launched, a member of staff warned others that the mesh could turn 'hard as a rock' and could bend like a 'folded potato chip' after implantation, while another said its capacity to shrink 'may lead to pain'.

And yet, months later, the device was launched and promoted, and over the next seven years tens of thousands of women unwittingly followed their doctors' advice to undergo the operation which would change their lives.

These 11 Companies Control Everything You Buy

By Luke Fernandez

Is freedom of choice an illusion?

The rapid rise of variation in everyday goods and services, from which cereal we eat in the morning to which toothpaste we brush our teeth with at night, gives the perception of unlimited choice. For example, if you’re deciding which bottled water to buy, the possibilities range from budget brands, like Deer Park or Ozarka, to higher-end options, like Perrier or S. Pellegrino. But this appearance of choice is actually manufactured. All of the aforementioned brands are owned by one company: Nestle.

Despite the amount of choices in the consumer market, several big companies own a large majority of major brands, effectively controlling everything you buy...

Apple restarts iPhone X production following weak iPhone XS and XS Max sales, report says

This surprising development comes just days after Apple reportedly cut production orders for all three 2018 iPhone models (i.e. the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR).

The decision to restart iPhone X production is due in part to an agreement Apple made with Samsung to purchase a certain amount of OLED display panels, according to the WSJ.

Apple is also reportedly using the iPhone X to make up for lost sales of the iPhone XS and XS Max. The report claims that the older iPhone model is cheaper to produce because the components and manufacturing equipment are now older and therefore cheaper.

Nonetheless, the decision is a little strange because, in January, Apple cut production of the iPhone X in half from 40 million to only 20 million units.

YOUR MEDICAL DEVICES ARE NOT KEEPING YOUR HEALTH DATA TO THEMSELVES — PROPUBLICA

CPAP units, heart monitors, blood glucose meters and lifestyle apps generate information that can be used in ways patients don’t necessarily expect. It can be sold for advertising or even shared with insurers, who may use it to deny reimbursement.

Medical devices are gathering more and more data from their users, whether it’s their heart rates, sleep patterns or the number of steps taken in a day. Insurers and medical device makers say such data can be used to vastly improve health care.

But the data that’s generated can also be used in ways that patients don’t necessarily expect. It can be packaged and sold for advertising. It can anonymized and used by customer support and information technology companies. Or it can be shared with health insurers, who may use it to deny reimbursement. Privacy experts warn that data gathered by insurers could also be used to rate individuals’ health care costs and potentially raise their premiums.

Webmaster's Commentary:

CDC Warning: Do Not Eat Any Romaine Lettuce

Two days before families across America sit down for big Thanksgiving meals, the CDC is warning people not to eat romaine lettuce of any kind, due to an outbreak of E. coli infections.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 32 people have become ill from a strain of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli in 11 states from Oct. 8 through Oct. 31. Thirteen of those people were hospitalized, including one who suffered kidney failure. In addition, at least 18 people in Canada have been infected with E. coli in Ontario and Quebec.

All of those cases have been linked to romaine lettuce, and the CDC said consumers should not eat any romaine lettuce of any kind, as “no common grower, supplier, distributor, or brand of romaine lettuce has been identified.”

CDC launches task force for polio-like disease as MORE cases emerge: Now 109 kids are confirmed sick and 167 are under investigation as officials scramble to identify the cause

Another 16 children have contracted the rare polio-like disease, acute flaccid myelitis (AFM) - bringing the total number of confirmed cases this year to 109 across 29 states, the CDC has revealed.

Another 167 children are showing tell-tale symptoms of the mysterious illness which has emerged as a major public health threat every other year since 2014.

It seems to be caused by a combination of viruses but this year, the third time AFM has surged, the CDC is still struggling to identify exactly how and why it takes hold.

As such, the agency today formed a task force designed to investigate the driving forces and possible treatments of AFM, and to establish what post-AFM life looks like for sufferers.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If there is a problem with the polio vaccine, the CDC will make certain we never hear about it!
