Biden Practically Tells UN That America Is No Longer A Superpower - (2 Videos)

The United States is moving into a “new era of relentless diplomacy,” President Biden announced Tuesday throughout the opening of the UN General Assembly, notwithstanding several glaring diplomatic errors by his administration in recent weeks.

In the days leading up to the UNGA, the Biden administration has been forced to respond to Congress for the chaotic troop departure from Afghanistan, as well as diplomatic frustration from France over the nuclear-powered submarine deal with the United Kingdom and Australia.

“Simply put, we stand, in my view, at an inflection point in history. And I’m here to share with you how the United States intends to work with partners and allies to answer these questions, and the commitment of my new administration to help lead the world toward a more peaceful, prosperous future for all people.”

Biden Under Fire For Not Disclosing True Number Of Afghan Evacuees

Lawmakers on Tuesday aired frustration over a lack of data disclosed by the Biden administration, which has boasted of evacuating more than 124,000 people from Afghanistan but hasn't provided a precise breakdown of the different categories of those who fled the country amid and after the U.S. withdrawal.

Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.), talking with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, stressed a gap between the 60,000 people who have been taken into the U.S. and the total number evacuated.

The Day The Media Turned On Biden: Psaki Grilled By 'Once Friendly' CBS

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was shocked Tuesday after CBS anchor Gayle King slammed recent "very bad behavior" by the U.S. internationally.

King said on "CBS Mornings" that "there's a lot of incoming" at the White House these days, given a recent spate of negative headlines at home and away for the Biden administration. After Psaki spoke of President Joe Biden's Tuesday address before the United Nations General Assembly as forward-looking, King added that Biden couldn't "ignore what has happened before."

"We’re still getting hammered for how the withdrawal from Afghanistan happened," King said. "Everybody knows, many people believe it was time. It’s just the way that it was done … That’s not a good look. You look at what’s happening with immigration. You look at France now saying that they’ve been betrayed by the United States. So I get that we have to look forward. But what are we doing to justify or explain what appears to be very bad behavior on our part?"

Facebook Blocks Ad For Song Critical of Biden’s Afghanistan Withdrawal

Facebook blocked an ad that promoted a song critical of President Joe Biden's botched Afghanistan withdrawal, raising questions about how it applies its advertising rules.

The social media giant twice prohibited Five For Fighting's John Ondrasik from purchasing an ad to promote his new single "Blood On My Hands." Facebook claimed the song, which slams the Biden administration for abandoning hundreds of Americans and thousands of Afghan allies, "violated their policy on either politics or social issues." The song singles out Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley.

Biden to double refugee admissions to 125K amid border surge, Afghan evac

President Biden will increase the limit on the number of refugees who can be resettled in the United States to 125,000 for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, the State Department informed Congress Monday.

The new limit is double the current cap of 62,500 refugees, which Biden raised in May from the previous limit of 15,000 set by former President Donald Trump.

The increase comes as Biden faces criticism over the ongoing migration surge at the southwestern border as well as the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan — in which US citizens, legal permanent residents and applicants for special visas meant for those who helped America’s military in the two-decade-long war were left in Taliban-controlled territory.

The Wall Street Journal reports that approximately 40,000 Afghan citizens have been brought to the US in recent days, though none have been formally classified as refugees due to the haste with which they were taken out of Afghanistan.

Haitian migrants are being released in U.S. on ‘very, very large scale,’ official says

Many Haitian migrants camped in a small Texas border town are being released in the United States, two U.S. officials said, undercutting the Biden administration’s public statements that the thousands in the camp faced immediate expulsion.

Haitians have been freed on a “very, very large scale” in recent days, according to one U.S. official who put the figure in the thousands. The official, who has direct knowledge of operations, was not authorized to discuss the matter Tuesday and spoke on condition of anonymity.

Many have been released with notices to appear at an immigration office within 60 days, an outcome that requires less processing time from Border Patrol agents than ordering an appearance in immigration court and points to the speed at which authorities are moving, the official said.

Joe Biden: Nuclear Sorcerer’s Apprentice

President Biden announced the birth of AUKUS, a strategic-military partnership between the United States, Great Britain and Australia, with “the imperative of ensuring long-term peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific”, the region that in Washington’s geopolitics extends from the West coast of the United States to the coast of India. The purpose of this”strategic mission” is “to take on the threats of the 21st Century just as we did in the 20th Century: together”. It is a clear reference to China and Russia.

To “defend against rapidly evolving threats,” the AUKUS launched a “key project”: the United States and Britain will help Australia acquire “nuclear-powered, conventionally armed submarines.”

After Psaki Gives Sad Excuse For Biden Over Drone Strike – Tucker Carlson Calls For Firings, Accountability

This week, the Pentagon admitted that their drone strike of an “ISIS-K” agent actually missed big time.

Instead, they blew up a car killing ten people, including an aid worker and 7 children. What’s even worse is that Biden has personally failed to comment on it.

When pressed for answers, his press secretary made up a bogus excuse. From Fox News:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was hammered Monday following her decision to invoke President Joe Biden’s personal losses and grief while responding to a question on the botched drone strike in Afghanistan…

“As a human being, as a president, and as somebody who has overseen loss in a variety of scenarios, both as a leader and personally, his reaction is it’s a tragedy…” Psaki said.

The Stain Of Afghanistan Will Stick To Biden

President Biden’s supporters are hewing to one message since the disastrous Afghan exit: “Voters won’t remember it.” That analysis—or hope, really—could well be wrong because the evacuation left Biden with so many problems. None are going away soon.

The most consequential is that many independent voters are deciding that Joe Biden is simply incompetent. This “buyer’s remorse” is new, and it’s growing. Although Democratic voters are still backing the president, he is now deeply underwater with independents, both on overall “favorability” and on his handling of several high-profile issues.

A Quinnipiac Poll, conducted Sept. 10-13, showed only 34% of independents approved his job performance, while 52% disapproved.

MSNBC Rips Missing ‘Border Czar’ V.P. Harris As Border Crisis Worsens

As the chaos on the U.S. southern border continues to deteriorate almost by the hour, MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle ripped Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday for ignoring her duties as America’s border czar.

At issue: over the last week, Americans have been subjected to images and video of over 10,000 illegal immigrants – many or even most from Haiti – crossing the border with no resistance and setting up a massive camp in Del Rio, Texas.

UN Urging US To Make Its Peace With China

President Biden is entering the United Nations General Assembly on Monday carrying the baggage of many recent foreign policy disasters — including the botched troop departure from Afghanistan and a weapons deal blunder that has seen France withdraw its ambassador from the US — as he is supposed to meet with the UN secretary-general to kick off the summit.

Before the Monday meeting, UN Chief Antonio Guterres told the Associated Press that his focus is on the US and China fixing their relationship, and is keen to discuss bypassing a “cold war” with China.

France rallies EU as trust in US, UK and Australia wanes

France’s European Union partners agreed Tuesday to put the country’s festering dispute over a major Indo-Pacific defense deal between the U.S., Australia and Britain at the top of bloc’s political agenda, including at an EU summit next month.

The Indo-Pacific security pact known as AUKUS will see Australia cancel a multibillion-dollar contract to buy diesel-electric French submarines and acquire U.S. nuclear-powered vessels instead. The French government is suggesting it was betrayed by the deal.

“It’s definitely something that raised interest and will occupy us in the months to come,” Gasper Dovzan, Slovenia’s foreign affairs chief, told reporters after chairing a meeting of the bloc’s European affairs ministers in Brussels.

EU leaders are set to meet in Slovenia on Oct. 6 and again in Brussels on Oct. 21-22.

Coming to America

The sudden crossing of the Rio Grande river at Del Rio, Texas, by 15,000 Haitians is a reminder that the most prophetic novel of the last half century was the late Jean Raspail’s 1973 book The Camp of the Saints about a million third-worlders landing on the beaches of France, and whites being unable to summon the will to be so racist as to turn them away.

Do American leaders still believe that they have the moral right to protect the territory of the American people by force? Or will we unilaterally disarm in the Scramble for America?

Few recent incidents better sum up elites’ lack of spine than this Reuters headline on Monday evening:

White House condemns border guard use of whip-like cord against Haitian migrants

Of course, the bridle reins held by the mounted patrolman weren’t actually a whip, as the press initially reported, but, still…they were whip-like.

At the UN, Biden Claims the US Is Not Seeking a Cold War With China

Addressing the UN General Assembly in New York on Tuesday, President Biden claimed the US does not seek a “Cold War” with China despite recent steps by Washington to rally allies against Beijing.

“We are not seeking a new Cold War or a world divided into rigid blocs,” Biden said, without mentioning Beijing by name. His remarks came a day after UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned against a new Cold War between the US and China and called on the two powers to fix their “dysfunctional relationship.”

While he claimed the US doesn’t want a Cold War, Biden had previously framed the US-China relationship as an ideological competition between “democracy” and “autocracy.” He has also said the US is in competition with China to “win the 21st century.”

House Democrats unveil legislation to curtail presidential power

House Democrats on Tuesday unveiled legislation that aims to curtail presidential power and protect against abuse of power by future presidents, in an apparent rebuke of former President Trump's time in the White House.

The bill, dubbed the Protecting Our Democracy Act, includes a number of tenets to prevent presidential abuses, restore checks and balances, strengthen accountability and transparency, and protect elections.

It is sponsored by nine House Democrats — all of whom chair committees — and is supported by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.). It also includes legislation offered by a number of other Democratic lawmakers.

Border Patrol Debunks the Fake 'Whipping' Haitians Story but Media Doesn't Care About the Truth

As we reported earlier, folks on the left — and some in the media — spread a ridiculous story about the Border Patrol on horseback hitting Haitians who were trying to illegally enter the country with whips.

Now, anyone with any sense should know that was a nonsense story. But apparently, a lot of media don’t have any sense and a lot of them don’t know anything about horses or reins. Or they simply don’t care about the truth. Take your pick.

There wasn’t one picture of anyone being hit with whips or with reins. Yet when White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the story, the reporter referred to the pictures/video we have “seen” and so did Psaki. Yet the video didn’t show any such thing. It means the media and Psaki just imagined they saw it and/or didn’t even bother with the truth — they just are easily manipulated by the narrative.

Tax The Middle Class: Biden Is Battling His Own Party

President Biden is working to prevent congressional Democrats from scaling back his tax proposals, as lawmakers work on a $3.5 trillion social spending package aimed at advancing the president's economic agenda.

The White House and congressional Democrats both seek to raise taxes on the wealthy and corporations, and strengthen tax enforcement, to support investments in areas such as child care, health care and climate.

But the legislation that the House Ways and Means Committee approved Wednesday raised some taxes by less than Biden had previously proposed, and left out some proposals altogether.

TRUE CONSPIRACY: Biden ordered OSHA to hide employer reports of COVID vaccine injuries and side effects

Americans have become so accustomed to our government — our elected leaders and our bureaucrats — lying to us, most people don’t even expect them to be honest with us anymore.

Biden’s UN speech will try to convince member states that ‘America is back’

Joe Biden will make his first speech to the United Nations as president on Tuesday, seeking to “close the chapter on 20 years of war” and begin an era of intensive diplomacy.

Biden will however have to contend with hostility from China, an open rift with France and widespread scepticism among UN member states over his commitment to multilateralism following disagreements over Israel, a chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, and a nuclear submarine deal that took adversaries and allies by surprise.

The White House sees the speech to the UN general assembly as a chance to reclaim the global initiative and convince UN member states that “America is back”, as Biden promised when he took office.

"It's Not The Same Thing": Jen Psaki Asked Why Migrants Walking Across Border Don't Have To Show Vaccine Proof

After the earlier Biden-mandated vaccine requirement for federal workers and all armed forces branches, and with the city of D.C. itself now issuing a vaccine mandate for public school student athletes and child care center staffers, a big segment of the US public is questioning: where will it end? After all, even a potential future requirement to show proof of Covid vaccine to merely travel domestically on an airline is still "on the table" as an "option".

With these stringent and watchful federal, state and local regulations -including masking in some places - being increasingly imposed on American citizens, one might assume at minimum there are vaccine and Covid testing requirements in place for migrants who are now walking across the border, often setting up camps in crowded conditions on the US side of the border. But that would be to assume wrongly, given the following exchange between a Fox White House correspondent and Biden's press secretary Jen Psaki...

Biden cuts Florida COVID treatments

President Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion reconciliation ambitions have just been cut back in a couple of significant ways. This is the latest blow to the Biden agenda.

First of all, his attempt to cram an immigration amnesty into the bill has just been scratched by the Senate parliamentarian. It cannot be included as a taxing and spending measure because it is (big surprise) actually a policy measure.

Meanwhile, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., has come out against the White House’s prescription drug plan. This is good, because it is a very bad idea. But merits aside, it represents yet another area where the White House finds itself failing.

Sen. Joe Manchin has gone further, calling for the reconciliation bill to be put off until 2022. That is equivalent to killing the bill — once the infrastructure bill passes this year, there will be no pressure on moderate Democrats in the House or Senate to cooperate on the massive reconciliation bill.

Biden directs additional funds to Texas abortion centers, launches new attacks on heartbeat law

The Biden administration took new steps last week to undercut Texas’ life-saving heartbeat law and to prop up abortion businesses amid a near-total abortion ban in the state.

Biden health secretary Xavier Becerra on Friday announced a “three-pronged Department-wide response” to the Texas Heartbeat Act, or SB 8, by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), following Joe Biden’s call for a “whole-of-government effort” against the law.

Becerra said that the HHS will direct additional funding to abortion centers in Texas, including through Every Body Texas, a nonprofit that administers federal “family planning” funds across the state. The funding is intended to respond to an “anticipated increase” in demand for “emergency contraception” abortifacient drugs, according to the HHS.

The Biden presidency is in free-fall

Eight months in and I am perilously close to employing one of the worst political clichés in existence — Joe Biden’s honeymoon is over. You’re not imagining things — the Biden presidency is in a state of free-fall.

This is not a joke. It’s not an overreaction. It’s not about Biden’s opponents pouncing or seizing. Biden’s presidency has a very real chance of completely foundering within its first year. After a promising start where he inherited a vaccination process that was already in progress, albeit briefly, under Trump, his vaccine strategy has stalled to the point of him now demanding mandates on private businesses, a step he assured the electorate he would not take. Last Friday, an FDA panel bucked Biden’s booster rollout program, which was slated to begin this week.

Politics and the Politicization of the US Military

Americans traditionally have been wary of a large permanent military establishment, believing it to be a threat to democratic institutions. This attitude goes all the way back to the Founding Fathers who deliberately kept the army small, preferring to rely on local militia in case of an emergency. This was done to prevent the army from being used to repress the rights of any individual state during the long and ongoing battle over the issue of states’ rights; the echoes of which still reverberate to this very day. The past nine months’ events show how wise this attitude was.

During major conflicts, such as the Civil War and the two World Wars, the military would expand exponentially, only to revert to the size of a constabulary force when hostilities ended. This lasted until the end of the Cold War when our newly established rivalry with the Soviet Bloc compelled us to maintain a large standing military force.

Biden Proposes Increase in Refugee Admissions to 125K Amid Border Crisis

Thousands of Haitian migrants remain under the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas, seeking asylum in the United States, as federal authorities have been sending out planes to fly the newcomers away from the already-crowded border.

US President Joe Biden has proposed to Congress that it increase the country's refugee admission cap to 125,000 for the next fiscal year that will begin on 1 October, according to a submitted report released by the State Department on Monday.

Africa and Near East/South Asia, which includes Afghanistan, will be two regions prioritised by the Biden administration, with 40,000 and 35,000 allocation limits assigned, respectively.

Biden also suggested taking in some 15,000 refugees from both East Asia and the Latin America/Caribbean region. Meanwhile, the allocation quota would give only 10,000 spots to newcomers arriving from Europe and Central Asia, while leaving the same number of spaces for “unallocated reserve”.

Joe Biden Plans Bringing 10 Times as Many Refugees to U.S. Next Year

President Joe Biden is planning to bring to the United States in Fiscal Year 2022 about 10 times as many refugees as he will have brought this year, the State Department confirmed on Monday.

In May, Biden announced he would raise the refugee resettlement cap to 62,500 refugees for Fiscal Year 2021 — more than four times the cap that former President Trump imposed for the year at about 15,000 refugees.

For Fiscal Year 2022, which begins October 1, Biden will set the cap at 125,000 refugees who can be resettled across the U.S. over the subsequent 12 months, a State Department notice to Congress confirmed. The data projects that the Biden administration will have brought about 12,500 refugees to the U.S. by the end of Fiscal Year 2021.

The cap is merely a numerical limit and not a goal for the State Department to reach.

Biden Administration Warns States Federal Debt Crisis Might Trigger Recession

The Biden administration has issued a warning that the pending federal debt crisis might trigger an economic recession that would affect economic growth and trigger job losses across the United States.

“Hitting the debt ceiling could cause a recession. Economic growth would falter, unemployment would rise, and the labor market could lose millions of jobs,” the White House said in a letter (pdf) to state and local governments that was released Sept. 17.

Arguing that Congress needs to raise or suspend the U.S. debt ceiling, the administration said the debt crisis may affect the country’s recovery after the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic. In July, Congress missed its deadline to suspend or raise the debt limit, prompting several recent warnings from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen that her agency will exhaust its cash reserves.

FDA Throws Wrench In Biden's Plans As They Reject His 'Promise' To America

An influential Food and Drug Administration advisory board on Friday dismissed an offer to send booster shots of Pfizer and BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccines to the general public, bringing back those plans to unanimously recommend the third shots to people aged 65 and older and other vulnerable Americans.

“It’s likely beneficial, in my opinion, for the elderly, and may eventually be indicated for the general population. I just don’t think we’re there yet in terms of the data,” said Dr. Ofer Levy, a vaccine and infectious disease specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital.

The council voted 16-2 against administering the vaccines to Americans 16 and older, before collectively covering another form of method to administer boosters to older Americans and those at a high risk of experiencing severe illness if they get the virus. That’s previously included people with diabetes, heart disease, obesity and other so-called comorbidities.

France is ‘vital partner & oldest ally,’ US says as Australia ‘regrets’ recall of French envoys over nuclear submarine deal

Washington has insisted that Paris remains a “vital partner” after France recalled its ambassadors from the US and Australia, in protest over the AUKUS nuclear submarine deal that killed a French shipbuilding contract.

“France is a vital partner and our oldest ally, and we place the highest value on our relationship,” State Department spokesperson Ned Price said on Friday, according to Reuters. He added that the US would continue to work to resolve the spat at the senior level in the days ahead, namely at an upcoming UN General Assembly meeting in New York next week.

Biden beset by leadership woes at home, abroad after eight months in office

Self-inflicted crises are piling up for President Biden.

His leadership suffered severe blows foreign and domestic in rapid succession Friday, including an acknowledgment of a misguided and deadly U.S. drone strike in Afghanistan and mounting chaos on America’s southern border.

“Joe Biden has completely lost control only 8 months in,” tweeted Rep. Andy Biggs, Arizona Republican.

Biden Asks For Early Macron Talks As Allies Try To Smooth Tensions

The United States and Britain sought Sunday to smooth tensions with Paris over a new security pact with Australia, with US President Joe Biden requesting early talks with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.

The announcement of the defence alliance, and Australia's related decision to tear up a deal to buy French submarines in favour of American nuclear-powered vessels, sparked outrage in Paris, with Macron recalling France's ambassadors to Canberra and Washington in an unprecedented move.

But on Sunday British Prime Minister Boris Johnson tried to downplay France's concerns about the deal, saying the pact was "not meant to be exclusionary... it's not something that anybody needs to worry about and particularly not our French friends".

Biden has requested a phone call with Macron, French government spokesman Gabriel Attal said, which would happen "in the coming days".

By Withholding Regeneron, Biden Could Be Sentencing Black People to Death

President Joe Biden’s decision to cut deliveries of monoclonal antibodies to southeastern states, in what critics have called a politically-motivated effort to punish Republican states, could end up sentencing black people to death from coronavirus.

On Tuesday, Politico reported that the Biden administration was going to ration the distribution of monoclonal antibodies from Regeneron, given that “demand from a handful of southern states … accounted for 70 percent of all orders in early September.”

There is no shortage of Regeneron, and the federal government controls the distribution of the drug completely.

The decision came after the administration said that it would not cut supply to those states, and after Biden himself announced last week that “we will increase the average pace of shipment across the country of free monoclonal antibody treatments by another 50 percent.”

EXCLUSIVE: Biden Admin Shuts Down All Border Patrol Checkpoints in Laredo Sector

U.S. Border Patrol officials closed all highway immigration checkpoints operating in the Laredo Sector on Friday evening in response to the Haitian migrant crisis unfolding in Del Rio, Texas, according to a source within Customs and Border Protection. The Laredo Sector operates six permanent checkpoints including one of the busiest checkpoints in the nation located on the I-35 Interstate corridor between Laredo and San Antonio.

Laredo Sector Border Patrol highway checkpoints inspect thousands of vehicles daily. Staffing normally reserved for the inspections that result in the seizure of countless migrants and illicit narcotics will be diverted to assist with the care, transport, and processing of more than 10,000 mostly Haitian migrants detained under the Del Rio International Bridge.

Kadish: Is It Puppeteers Or Puppets In Control In Washington?

It must be the best of times and the worst of times for our nation's enemies.

On one hand they have a President in the White House whose actions are reducing America into some befuddled and diminished world power.

On the other hand our foes are trying to figure out, as are all Americans, who is actually in charge in Washington?

Is it a shadow government of consultants, lobbyists, and Obama retreads?

Or is it really a president who counts success as getting to the presidential helicopter unassisted?

One can envision the intelligence chiefs of our sworn enemies being sternly lectured by their supreme leaders to get to the bottom of it because they can't believe their good fortune that American leadership has fallen so far so fast. It must be a devious trap.

If only that were true.

Debunking Biden's Claim We Must "Protect The Vaccinated From The Unvaccinated"

The official line on vaccines is that they are extremely effective at protecting against serious illness. And yet, these same people are also claiming that the unvaccinated are a major threat to the vaccinated.

More specifically, President Biden claimed on September 10 that vaccine mandates were to “protect the vaccinated workers from unvaccinated workers.”

In other words, it is claimed that vaccines are remarkably effective, and that the vaccinated must also be protected from the unvaccinated. How can both claims be true at the same time? They can’t. The idea that vaccinated people are being frequently harmed by the unvaccinated is a complete fabrication, based on the pro-mandate crowd’s own mainstream data.

Biden team ratchets up counter-terrorism talk — but to what end?

The war on terror has been a costly failure, and most of those costs have been borne by the people in the countries where the United States has waged this war.

The 20-year campaign of militarized counterterrorism has succeeded in destabilizing entire regions, wasting trillions of dollars, and killing at least 900,000 people. In the process, it has created conditions that have increased the number of terrorist organizations in the world, and the number of fatalities from terrorist attacks worldwide has risen accordingly.

Taibbi: Does America Hate The "Poorly Educated"?

It was impossible to mistake the tone of Joe Biden’s announcement of a vaccine mandate last week. It was an angry speech, which started by explaining that “many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated,” and went on to announce that “our patience is wearing thin,” and “your refusal has cost all of us.” Biden, not normally one for oratorial effects, even conveyed a sense of barely contained rage by muttering, “Get vaccinated!” as he walked off the stage.

“Enjoying the angry Dad vibes from this Biden speech,” came the cheerful comment of former Justice Department spokesman and MSNBC analyst Matthew Miller:

In One Sentence, France Just Insulted Biden & Vindicated Trump

The French Embassy in Washington, D.C., canceled a gala to protest being pushed out of a multibillion-dollar deal between the United States and the United Kingdom to support Australia getting nuclear-powered submarines.

Friday’s gala was scheduled to celebrate the long history of diplomatic ties between France and the U.S., but a French official told the New York Times that continuing with the event would be “ridiculous” in light of the pressure.

It was specifically going to mark the 240th anniversary of the 1781 Battle of the Capes, in which the French navy secured sea supply lanes to give goods and weapons the Americans needed to win the Revolutionary War. The party was to take place at the embassy in Washington, D.C., and on a French frigate docked in Baltimore.

MANDATES

Under America’s legal system, a mandate may be official, but it is not law. Laws are legislated, meaning they are voted upon by elected officials and signed into law by an executive such as a Mayor, Governor or President. Mandates are commands to be obeyed in the eyes of the mandator, and failure to do so may be exasperating to the mandator, but it is not a violation of the law to fail to comply. Non-compliance with a mandate is a good way to thumb your nose at a tyrannical mandator. For all intents and purposes, a mandator is equivalent to a dictator, and America is not, although getting close, a dictatorship. Let us hope and pray that it does not become so.

Biden’s ‘long overdue’ tax hikes span from Wall Street to Main Street, from superwealthy to smokers

President Biden’s plan for higher taxes on corporations and the wealthy to pay for his $3.5 trillion social welfare expansion so far includes 40 new taxes.

The menu of hikes ranges from doubling the federal tobacco tax to more than $2 per pack to boosting the top income tax rate to 39.6% from 37%, adding up to one of the largest tax increases in U.S. history.

Mr. Biden said Thursday that he’s ready to do more. To justify the taxing spree, he said the wealthiest Americans and biggest corporations skirt their duties to pay for government safety net programs.

Some in Congress charged Gen. Mark Milley of having exceeded his authority and pressed President Joe Biden to terminate him, but Biden showed Wednesday he is behind Milley.

Does the government work for us, or do we work for the government? -- Such a question would have been laughable 100 years ago. But today, the government treats us as if we work for it because we have permitted it to do so. We supinely let the federal government right any wrong, regulate any behavior, tax any event, start any war, kill any foe, seize any property and crush any liberty as if our rights came from it, and as if the Constitution had no meaning or authority. -- This is the same government that can’t deliver the mail, fill potholes, stop robocalls, spend within its means, abide by the laws that it has written or follow the Constitution — and Biden wants it to force vaccinate us!

Leaked Document Shows Biden Sidelining Public To Take Orders From Planned Parenthood

A new leaked document shows the Biden administration flouting the regulatory process in order to push through a massive financial favor to the powerful and lucrative abortion industry that backed Joe Biden’s presidential candidacy with tens of millions of dollars.

Less than two weeks after an already abbreviated period of time for the public to review and comment on the proposed regulatory change, Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services circulated a draft final rule that violates the clear language of Obamacare in order to benefit Planned Parenthood and other corporate abortion interests. The leaked document, dated August 10 and more than 300 pages long, was then sent to the Office of Management and Budget for final approval, according to multiple sources familiar with the federal rule making process. OMB posted confirmation of receipt August 19, a mere 50 days after the major rule change was first proposed to the public.

Poll: Joe Biden Coronavirus Approval Rating Sinks Underwater After Vaccine Mandates

President Joe Biden’s approval rating on the Chinese coronavirus has sunk underwater after he placed vaccine mandates on mid-sized to large businesses and federal employees and contractors, according to Tuesday’s Quinnipiac University poll.

Only 48 percent of U.S. adult respondents approve of Biden’s handling of the coronavirus crisis with 49 disapproving. In August, those numbers were flipped. Fifty-three percent approved and 40 percent disapproved.

In just one month, Biden’s disapproval rating on coronavirus has jumped nine points while his approval rating has shrunk five points.

The terrible numbers for Biden on his strongest issue going into the 2020 election seems to be due to independents, who marked Biden in the Tuesday poll at a 44 percent approval rating on coronavirus with a 53 disapproval rating.

France Accuses "Backstabbing" Biden Of Being 'Worse Than Trump' As UK-Aussie Defense Pact Sinks Sub Deal

As it turns out, while President Biden was celebrating yesterday's "historic" security pact between the US, UK and Australia to establish a "partnership" that will help furnish Canberra with US nuclear submarine technology, one American ally was sulking in defeat.

Back in 2016, Australia had signed $40 billion contract with France's Naval Group to build a new submarine fleet to replace the Aussie's aging fleet of Collins subs. But apparently, the new deal with the US and UK makes this deal unnecessary (since Australia will now be getting its subs from the US, not France), essentially stealing a major $40 billion deal out of the mouth of the French defense industry.

Included in the House Armed Services Committee’s version of the fiscal 2022 defense policy bill is an amendment requiring the Pentagon to submit a report to Congress outlining options for potentially selling or transferring “existing systems” to Ukraine that are likely not going to be deployed in the near-term.

VIDEO: Biden Detains 5K Migrants Under Texas Border Bridge amid Their Own Excrement

A source within CBP provided Breitbart Texas new video depicting the unsanitary conditions agents and detainees are subjected to at a makeshift camp under the local international bridge. The location is expected to swell to 5,000 inhabitants by the end of the day.

The number of migrants being held in the camp has risen by more than 1,000 since Tuesday.

Australians squirm as Biden calls PM 'fellow Down Under'

Australians squirmed Thursday as US President Joe Biden thanked their prime minister for joining a major new defence alliance -- but appeared to forget his name.

Instead of being feted by name for his role in the US-Britain-Australia agreement, Prime Minister Scott Morrison was initially relegated to being "that fellow Down Under".

At a televised White House announcement, Biden was flanked by large video displays of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Australia's Morrison, who each took part remotely.

"Thank you, Boris and... and I want to thank that fellow Down Under. Thank you very much, pal. Appreciate it, Mr Prime Minister," Biden said as he revealed an agreement that will equip Australia with nuclear-powered submarines.

Biden seemed to recover as he then turned to his formal remarks and correctly identified the Australian leader, who had earlier responded to the apparent gaffe with a smile and a thumbs up. But it was too late for some.

Gantz Says Israel Could Accept a US Return to Iran Nuclear Deal

In an interview with Foreign Policy, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Israel could accept a revival of a US-negotiated Iran nuclear deal if there are backup plans that involve more sanctions and possible military actions.

“The current US approach of putting the Iran nuclear program back in a box, I’d accept that,” Gantz said when asked about the Biden administration’s Iran strategy. The comment signals a possible shift in Israel’s stance on the Iran nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA, although Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has repeatedly said he is opposed to a revival of the agreement.

Gantz said Israel wants to see a “viable US-led plan B” that includes more economic pressure if the talks fail, although Iran is already under an enormous amount of US sanctions. “Israel has no ability to lead a real plan B, we can’t put together an international economic sanctions regime. This has to be led by the US,” he said.

They Are Creating The Biggest Witch Hunt In American History

Prior to this pandemic, if you wanted to weed out all of the “troublemakers”, “independent thinkers” and “non-conformists” from our society, how would you have done it?

I suppose that sending everyone a questionnaire asking them what they believe would be one way to do it, but of course a lot of people would give false answers and many others would simply ignore the questionnaire. Social media profiles contain a wealth of information, but many “non-conformists” are not even on social media and digging through all of that data would take an extraordinary amount of time, money and energy. Up until just recently, there just hasn’t been an easy and efficient way to identify those that are not eager servants of the system.

McMaken: Biden's Vaccine Mandates Are All About Power

Last week, the Biden administration announced sweeping new mandates. The new mandates require that all employers with more than one hundred workers require workers to be vaccinated or to test for the virus weekly. The mandates also require covid vaccinations for the 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid. Moreover, vaccines are mandated for all employees of the federal government’s executive branch, and for all contractors who do business with the federal government. There is no option to test out in these cases.

The new mandates extend an earlier mandate from this summer which required vaccinations for nursing home staff to other healthcare settings, including hospitals, home health agencies, and dialysis centers.

Clearly, this represents yet another dangerous frontier in using a perceived or real crisis to justify an immense expansion in state power and state control over the population.

BLACKOUT: Morning News Shows Ignore Skyrocketing Meat Prices

The ABC, CBS and NBC morning news shows continued to shield President Joe Biden from bad economic news as meat prices for consumers skyrocketed across the country.

National Public Radio (NPR) said that beef prices have surged a whopping “12.2% over the last year,” based on a new Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation report. Here’s the kicker: The data show that beef is now “one of the costliest items in the surging bills that consumers face today at the grocery store.”

Food Dive reported in June of a spike in meat and poultry demand while meat processing companies were wrestling with worker shortages. The “surge in meat prices is contributing to high inflation,” NPR stated in its reporting. ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS Mornings, NBC’s Today and NBC’s 3rd Hour of Today failed to report the bad news during their Sept. 14, broadcasts.

Biden to meet Disney chief, other CEOs in 'rallying cry' for vaccine mandates

U.S. President Joe Biden will meet on Wednesday with business leaders as he pushes companies to require workers to be vaccinated amid a surge in COVID-19 infections among those without a dose.

Participants in the meeting include the chief executives of Walt Disney Co, Microsoft Corp and Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc, the White House said.

Biden last week announced here vaccine mandates for nearly all federal employees, federal contractors, and larger companies as the number of U.S. infections continued to rise, hospital beds in some parts of the country filled up and mask requirements returned.

Some Republican-led states are defying recommendations from health officials, citing economic or freedom-of-choice arguments. Biden, a Democrat, has chosen to dig in on the issue, embracing vaccine requirements despite fierce opposition.

Still, opinion polls have shown a majority Americans support some form of mandates.

Hard pass, Joe: Chinese prez reportedly snubs Biden’s request for summit

Chinese President Xi Jinping snubbed President Biden’s request last week for an in-person summit to smooth over relations that were soured by Chinese human rights abuses and secrecy about the origins of COVID-19, according to a new report.

Biden told Xi on Thursday during a 90-minute call that he wanted to have the meeting to achieve better relations, but Xi “did not take him up on the offer and instead insisted Washington adopt a less strident tone towards Beijing,” Financial Times reports.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday declined to say at her daily press briefing if Biden pressed Xi during the call for Chinese transparency on the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic after the US intelligence community last month found it was “plausible” that the virus leaked from China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The Biden administration announced on Monday that the Family Reunification Task Force has hired an international organization to find illegal aliens from mostly Central America and bring them back to the United States.

Senate Republicans on Tuesday questioned Secretary of State Antony Blinken about who is really in charge of making decisions at the White House amid multiple feeds of President Joe Biden being cut off by a “puppeteer” in mid-conversation at public events.

“There’s real questions right now as to who’s making the decisions,” Foreign Relations Committee’s Ranking Member Sen. James Risch (R-ID) began in his opening statement.

“We know for a fact that the President of the United States is somewhat disadvantaged here, in that someone is calling shots. He can’t even speak without someone in the White House censoring it or signing off on it,” Risch explained, giving an example from Monday when the White House feed was cut mid-sentence by “a puppeteer act” while Biden was speaking during a scheduled event:

Exclusive–Tragesser: Is President Biden Leading Us Towards Another 9/11?

This month marks the 20th anniversary of America’s largest terrorist attack and yet many of the 9/11 Commission’s national security recommendations remain unimplemented.

In many cases, the Biden administration has blatantly ignored those suggested and urgent reforms. The evidence for that is proven by the mounting crisis at the southern border, the wholesale gutting of interior immigration enforcement, and the inadequate vetting of Afghan refugees seeking resettlement. The administration’s reckless approach jeopardizes national security and it must reverse course in order to avoid another catastrophe like September 11, 2001.

In the aftermath of 9/11, the federal government issued a security framework to protect the United States from another attack. Key parts of this framework addressed dangerous deficiencies in our immigration system including securing and managing our borders, and enforcing and administering immigration laws.

F**k Joe Biden? Looks like US voters may do just that come next year’s midterms

Less than a year in power, Biden’s approval ratings are dropping like a rock amid controversial moves from his administration, including a compulsory vaccine mandate. This is paving the way for a major Republican resurgence.

Just below the high-fructose, Cheez Whiz surface of American society, there are warning signs that a mighty giant – a sluggish, overweight giant, but a giant nonetheless – is struggling to awaken from a media-induced slumber. And the rumblings are registering in some unexpected places.

Since the days of the Roman Empire, rulers have appreciated the need for bread and circuses as a means for keeping the hearts and minds of their subjects distracted, with gladiatorial matches mixed up with a generous amount of blood and beverage. And considering that there is no bigger circus in US society than American football, the Democrats may have some cause for concern.

"The verbal note stated that such statements do not correspond to the spirit of friendly relations and partnership."

The US ambassador in residence in Dushanbe - the capital of Tajikistan - John Mark Pommersheim, was summoned on Tuesday. One key prong of President Biden's plan to bankroll Democrats' $3.5 trillion budget plan is to monitor gross inflows and outflows from an individual's bank account.

The Biden administration says such surveillance would target audits and prevent tax evasion, but some are concerned that it might run up against the Fourth Amendment and those who can't afford to fight tax audits or move their money into offshore accounts.

The proposal would require banks to report to gross inflows and outflows to the IRS, including transactions from Venmo, PayPal, crypto exchanges and the like in an effort to fight tax evasion.

Trump accuses Gen Mark Milley of TREASON after book claims America's top military officer secretly told his Chinese counterpart he would warn him if US was about to go to war with China

Former President Trump on Tuesday said the United States' top military officer was guilty of treason if he went behind his back and promised to warn China of an impending attack.

He was responding to bombshell revelations in a new book claiming that Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, twice called his Chinese counterpart last year over concerns that then President Trump was ready to go to war.

'If it is actually true - which is hard to believe that he would have called China, and done these things and was willing to advise them of an attack or in advance of an attack - that's treason,' said Trump during an interview with Sean Spicer on Newsmax TV.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Yep, that's treason all right!

Report: Mark Milley Told Military Officials Not to Take Orders After Capitol Riot

Joint Chiefs Chairman Army Gen. Mark Milley single-handedly took top-secret action to preempt then-President Donald Trump from ordering a military strike or launching nuclear weapons, according to a new book.

According to Peril by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, Milley was worried that after the January 6 Capitol breach, Trump could “go rogue” and called a secret meeting on January 8 with senior military leaders.

During that meeting, Milley instructed senior military officials in charge of the National Military Command Center to not take orders from anyone unless he was involved, according to a write-up of the book by CNN.

“No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley told them.

“Milley considered it an oath,” Woodward and Costa wrote.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Milley forgets that no President can launch a first strike of nuclear weapons all by themselves because of the two-man rule.

The U.S. And China Are Closer To War Than Most Americans Would Dare To Imagine

Are we in danger of stumbling into a major military conflict?  This week, a couple of startling revelations have really shaken up those that closely watch U.S. relations with China.  The relationship between our two nations continues to deteriorate, and we are now closer to a war with China than we have ever been since the end of the Korean War.  This is something that I have been warning about for a long time, and I am extremely alarmed by what has just been revealed.  But for most Americans, a war with China is so improbable that it isn’t even worth thinking about.  In fact, if you put together a list of all the issues that the American people are concerned about, war with China would probably not even make the top 1000.  Here in the United States, it is pretty much a non-issue, because the vast majority of the population does not think that such a war will ever happen in their entire lifetimes.

Americans support Governors’ revolt against Biden’s “VCC Mandate”

Majority believes Biden does not have the constitutional authority to force private businesses to require vaccine mandates for employees.

New polling shows that the majority of Americans do not approve of President Joe Biden’s new vaccine mandate.

Biden announced the mandate last week, which includes requirements that any business with more than 100 employees ensure they are vaccinated or be tested weekly. Biden’s announcement included a range of other federal rules that are estimated to affect 100 million Americans.

Convention of States Action released new polling Monday that showed 58.6% of those surveyed “do not believe President Biden has the constitutional authority to force private businesses to require vaccine mandates for employees.”

In the same poll, 29.7% of voters said Biden does have the authority, and 11.7% are unsure. In addition, 55.5% of voters say the mandate “sets a precedent that could be abused by future presidents on other issues.”
